No don't think it is deffo the ankle.Isn’t the photo taken looking down on his knee which means his shin/calf isn’t in the shot but his foot is

Surely ankles aren't that hairy, it's his knee, what I think he is showing is the bruising on the back of his foot.
Looks like Mick's SBA buses are sold out, so it's either the offal or the Tavern bus for me.
