Sorry could find the original thread that went on for years, just seen on Sky Sports stating that if pompey are not out of admin by the summer they will be kicked out of the league.

My question is why the hell have they been given so much time compared to other clubs, it seems like they have been in this position for ages?

No different to any other club. It's the league rules.
