Listened to CWR after the game, the caller's seemed quite informed though would the format be improved by the radio station having a bank of callers and the radio calling them. It has the potential to remove the emotive knee jerks.
Tuned into Radio Manchester after the Man City game. Apparently they need to sack Pep Guardiola.

You get some absolute idiots phoning into these shows
Mind you my favourite ever moment was when a bloke accused Robbie Savage of being a Manure fan and his mum (who was in the studio with him) cut in and said he was actually a Wrexham fan but embarrassed Savage by revealing he had Ian Rush pictures on his bedroom wall as a kid
It was hilarious and the caller was brilliant with her

With regularly spending time in Manchester, I have got to know CITEH fans (that go the game) and I get the frustration. They are in a totally different world to us. A lot of fans are still hurt and angry about the Champions League final.
They had a golden chance to win the Champions League and fucked it up yet again with dreadful tactics and leaving Gundogan to try and press the entire Chelsea midfield. Man City should have won that final against an average Chelsea side but Guardiola’s narcissist tactics kicked in yet again. Just because he’s a top manager and can win a league at a canter doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be judged on European performance.
If City don’t win the Champions League this year I can see him leaving. The league isn’t enough for the owners or fans.
The pivot from - “I didn’t expect us to overturn a 3 goal deficit but did expect us to win 1 or 2 nil” to “oh even if we did win 2-nil you can’t disagree that tonight’s performance was very very poor” - is worthy of a SBT match day thread.
When ever I listen it's the same callers all seem to be trying to get top billing and the other thing is common they don't seem to have actually been at the games, planks!
