Good grief as if I needed more depression :facepalm:Please post your prediction of how you think the whole SISU v ACL/administration/takeover will play out between now and the start of the L1 campaign and perhaps in the year ahead.
It's just your idea on what the most likely outcome of the current fiasco is...not what you would like to happen.
OK my prediction:
The Golden share will be found to be in the CCFC Ltd meaning that SISU & Preston Haskell IV will both want to acquire the business. SISU will absolutely not want to let someone else buy it as their debts are substantial and they would not accept a CVA (say 30p offered for each £1 of debt)...so they will be forced to pay off the £1.3m to ACL and accept a new rental contact from ACL in an embarrassing U-turn. Embarrassing as it will be similar to what they were offered before the administration and they could have settled before and avoided the 10 point deduction and legal costs. SISU will then close the CCFC Ltd business and transfer (legally) everything to CCFC (Holdings) and will start again with a business that still owes £millions but only to its only stable of companies and with a rental agreement that makes it easier to meet the Fair Finance rules for L1 and (hopefully) higher divisions in due course. The club will have exited administration without a CVA and the FL will take a dim view of this as it all seems like 'skulduggery' and SISU will have been deemed to be trying to evade the FL regulations and the club will be hit with another 10 point deduction in 2013-14 meaning another season of avoiding relegation with the result being another mid table L1 finish and L1 football in 2014-15 too. Preston Haskell IV's bid will not be accepted and will come to nothing.
Just a prediction...not what I would want.
OK I will lay down an extreme outlier so the rest of you can pitch your prediction inside a bit.
Golden share will be in CCFC but the Admin will discover, let's call them, discrepancies. The FL will call in its lawyers and in a year, after much court wrangling and international negative press for the FA and FL they, under pressure from UEFA and FIFA, will remove the golden share and player registrations from CCFC and the club will be liquidated. The Phoenix club will be given special dispensation to start again in the Conference. The new club will be sponsored by money supermarket.com and will play rent free at the newly named City of Coventry Arena.
I think SISU will remain but we will only have 4-5k season ticket holders next season.

CCFC IS DEAD.
It is denying a board position to someone who could either inject money OR is more likely to have knowledge / access to people with real money who they could convince to get involved with the club!
It is an ABSOLUTE BETRAYAL BY THE SBT that all of a sudden they EXPECT a FREE place on the board!
NO WONDER CWR ARE COSYING UP TO THESE SCUMBAGS
Golden share is in limited
Haskell buys the clubs
Buys 100% of the Ricoh
Sky Blue Trust given 20% of club
Land around the Ricoh starts seeing resturants and entertainment venues spring up
Steady investment in the team
We go unbeaten and charge to the title
Every home game the weather is 20 degrees
We go on a JPT run and beat Crewe in the area final 6-0 on aggregate
Sisu take over crisis stricken Leicester

I think you should read the start of this thread, it was started asking what others think would actually happen in the end, individuals own points own points of view.
Jacoskyblue has said what he thinks will happen, yet you have gone off on a tangent.
No one at the Trust has ever asked, requested or even suggested that the TRust (the fans) own 20% of the club, that was put forward as a possibility by another party.
All we want is what's best for the supporters and the future of the football club.
The Golden Share will be found in ccfc ltd. of that i'm certain. Ccfc is then up for grabs. PHIV is in the mix as is sisu, you must remember they do not own ccfc ltd anymore. But is there anybody else ? There might be. They can all make their bids to the administrator and it is he who decides who is best to take the business forward and it is not nesceserily the highest bidder. Hoffman & Elliott i believe are confident if the share is in ccfc ltd.
One big thing is any new buyer and that includes sisu has to pass the "fit and proper" persons test by the Football League and this is a lot stricter than it used to be, this is where i think sisu have a problem, they have a history of not abiding by the rules by not forwarding the accounts on time a number of times. This also has to be taken into account by the administator
After all the crap Portsmouth have gone through the final deal that secured their Trusts success was settled out of court with others including the last owner. I think it depends where this Share is that dictates who has the upper hand.
Prince you are a fool.
You know nothing.
Where is your saviour Gary Hoffman now
Blah blah blah blah
Sound familiar
Yep sounds like 5 years ago to me.
I wouldn't get ahead of myself if I was you. As you seem the takeover expert what did they say about terms of ownership regarding the stadium?

Not any acceptable offers no

Yes that would seem a likely outcome. The thing I can't get my head around though is; what is their plan? CCC & ACL won't touch em with a ten foot pole so where do they go from here? From a business point of view, what's the point?
Anyone feel that their prediction for the outcome has altered with today's confirmation that the golden share is with CCFC ltd....or is this not new news?
