The FL have confirmed it in writing according to CWR.

The EFL won't fold the club if Wasps refuse to talk. They would open themselves up massively to legal action.

It is trying early to get some worry and pressure on Wasps to talk and get a deal done.

Picture this.

EFL / FA say we have to play at the Ricoh or get kicked out of the league.
Wasps say OK we won't 5m a year else you are out knowing full well the club has no choice.

I might be wrong though and we really might end up folded at the end of next year. I can't see it though, it just seems like posturing. No different to Wasps "you have to end legal action".

Wasps want to pressure CCFC for the legal action to end and get the best deal for them.
Boddy wants people to pressure Wasps to do a deal and the best one for CCFC.

Well no it isn’t is it? FSG, isn’t Liverpool... Glazer is man united and Man City aren’t Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.... CCFC aren’t Otium. Otium are our owners simple as that.

Sorry but you are wrong . Liverpool doesn't exist within FSG man Utd within the glaciers etc totally different set up...... ccfc exists as a trading name within otium. Otium is and includes all assets and rights and liabilities of "ccfc" to the extent they are one and same thing.

In much the same way that Liverpool is Liverpool football club Ltd no matter who the ultimate group owner is
