As the other thread seems to have been blurred with a lot if nonsense these are the questions that need answering;

Has kcic had formal talks with ACL and a 3 year agreement has in principal been agreed?

Why quote a 5,000 attendance? Does this mean that if the attendance is 10,000 kcic will cover 50% of the rent or 0%?

If it is 0% what was the reasoning behind making an offer of contribution that will never be honoured?

Have kcic confirmed with the football league that a 3 year arrangement is acceptable if in the home city and not the normal 10 years?

What was the reasoning behind making a bid for the club that was a figure designed for headline publicity rather than a serious offer?

If £1 million has been raised for rent this would sure be enough for 3 seasons anyway so why not just offer a deal free of charge as the American guy was attempting to do?

Pretty reasonable I think.

Agreed. Whatever your view of the whole affair, yes it would be useful to have answers to all of those questions

I am tired of the long history of comedy offers and potential owners. Buy it, or don't....oh, and don't conduct the business in the public eye.

I would like to know what this deal actually is in terms of numbers.

I'd also like to know the backers.

Moreover, what's on offer after this deal. What I don't want is us cursed to repeat the circles. So... I'd like to know if it's a prelude to talks around a return to the Ricoh, what the scope of those talks are... or is it just a three year deal to mirror Northampton.(Both those are reasonable, a three year deal then automatically tying into a longer one, not...) [tbf this is kind of answered in their letter, but is there any indication that ACL will go along with this as a prelude to talks about a longer term future... or is this it, kaput? My concerns are led by a later line, "We are also confident we can agree a suitable rental agreement with ACL" that suggests no agreement and/or contact with ACL has been made. Is this true?]

I'd like to know where the new ground is?

Who is going to finance it?

And who is going to own it?

Because the others are irrelevant as we still haven't got the answers to the Sisu deal after all this time and probably never will, that is the way these things are done.

Grendel, not really an answer that is it, tbf i think your original questions are valid however so is the one asking sisu whats going on...mind that has been asked for months and we are still waiting.

Again you are saying it makes it ok for a fans group to ignore questions which is what they have been ranting about the club going.

Plus most people know the stadium is bollocks.

All of the people trying to divert attention away really don't make Michael look good.

Everything is for sale, the question is how much are the owners willing to take to do a deal. The offer at the minute is not enough and no doubt they will come back to Sisu if they are serious. As fans i would not be spending to much time trying to analyse if's, but's and maybe's until all get round the table.. Until that point any question's mean fook all and only create a negative in the process..

For whatever rights and wrong the only real question all should be asking is what we have now better than a potential change.. If you as an individual think the owners are taking the club in the right direction then you will never see positive in any potential change..If you think a change could help you should be pushing Sisu for answers in why they continue with this project... In my opinion asking for answers about the bid should be asked when talks are being held, then we know the owners are close to getting what they want....

What is the exact arrangement Sisu have with the football league regarding a return to Coventry ?
What is stopping Sisu asking for a new Ricoh rental agreement ?
All fair questions I should imagine ?

Sisu don't answer questions and get slated by Michael for it remember... maybe people were hoping after michaels rants about transparacy means he would lead the way and show how it is done rather than doing exactly what he has issues with.

He will be talking about getting his solicitor onto fellow fans next who disagree with him after making big issues about sisu doing it. Oh wait....

What has this got to do with OP? Are you demonstrating that you understand what a question is by offering us some more examples?

It's people's way of trying to defend it, surely they should just encourage michael to answer to prove all doubters wrong. Instead they just encourage hypocrisy as it is Michael.

Odd - are you saying Michael Orton and sisu are equal in their avoidance of answering questions.

Coventry City director Mark Labovitch has announced a fans forum to be held on 27th June at the Parish Centre of the Church of Christ the King. He says that he thinks the Ricoh Arena dispute can't be properly resolved while so many of the key facts are kept covered up from fans, and wants ACL and the Council to answer questions along with others.

Certainly there are questions to be answered, but the time for the blame game has long gone. What is important is the future of our club.

We have asked, but been unable to obtain proper and detailed answers from the owners/directors, to the following :

With the extremely low level of income base at Sixfields how can the directors put together a competitive player budget that meets the Salary Cost Management Protocol?
Which players are out of contract in June 2014 and 2015? What are the plans for bringing players in and will we avoid an FL embargo this year?
What is the connection between ARVO Master Fund Limited and the group of companies known as SISU aside from being joint shareholders in Otium?
What assets were acquired by Otium Entertainment Group from Coventry City Football Club Ltd and Coventry City FC (Holdings) Ltd and at what value?
The last accounts said there was an “intention” to continue to fund but not a “contractual certainty” does that mean the loans can be called in at any time?
Will any, or have any of the costs of the dispute with ACL/Charity/Council become a liability of Otium or CCFC either directly or indirectly?
How much is the annual interest liability on borrowings from ARVO and SISU investors? How will these payments be financed?
Why are the amounts owed to ARVO and SBS&L £42m now shown as payable within 12 months rather than long term liabilities?
How is £42m in borrowings, the funding of a new £20m stadium plus current losses until the stadium is built sustainable? In 3 years time that could be over £70m.
Do player sales form part of the plan to meet loan and loan interest repayments?
What is the targeted level of income expected from building the club's own stadium and how much of that income will be available to the football team? If all of it, how will the loans and interest be repaid?
Most importantly, when is our team coming back to its home in Coventry?

I just think questions about any bid are worth asking when the parties who can effect an outcome are around the table. Anything before is wasted energy and can be looked at as negatively or be looked at as taking sides... I don't care what people think or who they side with i'm just giving my opinion, for what it's worth.....

It is pretty reasonable. Gobsmacked!

Not a clue on the answer to most of them, but I would imagine KCIC would cover everything up to 5,000 bums on seats. Over 5,000, SISU pay, though pay what exactly? A percentage of those extra receipts, or does everything over the magic number have to go to KCIC? If that was the case and, say, we averaged 10,000 per game then KCIC are quids in - SISU effectively pay the rent.

I don't know if this is the scenario but if it was, KCIC's backers might even make a few bob profit if we do well and get some big crowds. We ought to get a consortium on here lads, we could all be buying new cars.

Assume every penny through the turnstyles would be seen on the "income" sheet as eligible towards FFP ... though the actual wages budget would still be limited to the value of 5,000 fans, unless SISU are going to put in extra cash.

Oh another question, who gets the pie money. That's the deal breaker surely

I don't see it as wasted energy. As in any political situation, it's important that questions are asked. It applies pressure, keeps people on their toes, keeps it real and ultimately, those with no answers get found out. SISU seem unwilling or unable to provide the answers we need and consequently most believe their new stadium is horse shit! Now it's Michael & co's turn to provide some answers so that we can realistically assess their credentials. Perfectly healthy.

Michael doesn't own our club, sisu do.

If he owned the club, I would want to know more, but until he does, it is surely not as important than getting answers from our owners. They should reject this offer solely on the basis you could get more than this for selling callum wilson, if nothing else.

Having said this, I am still more confident we will get the details from Michael before we get any details of the above questions from sisu.
