Lorentzon -5 - Quite impressed with him in the first half getting forward,
Ramage - 3 - What the actual shitting hell is that all about? Didn't win anything in the air against their small strikers.
Ricketts - 4 - Not convinced, still does some silly shit.
Stokes - 7- Man of the match, his fitness is a credit to him as he was playing left back and out pacing 3 or 4 players towards the end. There was a bit where he was chasing the ball like the piggy in the middle and he gave it 100% to at least try. Actually looks like he wanted to win.
Vincelot - 5 - Was against a physical midfield, think he is a bit lost without Fleck.
Hunt - 4 - Ran a lot, nearly put their player clean through
Birigmana - 5 - I actually thought he played quite well, some of the passing was quite good. After he keeps arguing to take free kicks and then skies it he should hang his head.
Murphy - 4 - Brought nothing to the game, at one point JOB overtook him chasing a player. No effort, no end product. He could get away with a shit 80 minutes when he had an amazing 10 minutes.
Maddison - 5 People keep worrying about the Prem and Tottenham, their number 12 taught him a lesson about football today.
Armstrong - 5 - Good shot that brought a good save from their keeper. Good penalty. About it.

Hunt yes as someone stated above there was tempo from him but had a very poor game constantly losing the ball
Roman - didn't seem to do the job he was brought in to do, hardly tackled anybody
Madders there were glimpses today but fairly quiet
Murphy very poor gmes looked uninterested
Arma - like madders glimpses of his ability lots of effort.
Rose started well but drifted out of the game

I thought Lorentzson showed some nice touches today and it was a lovely ball into the penalty box in the first half to set us up for a good chance.

He did fade, but he is only just back to fitness.

RCC 5 - Didn't do too much wrong but really think he needs a game out just to revaluate. He needs to know his position is not guaranteed and he has to work for it.

Lorentzson 6 - Decent debut, certainly put in a lot of effort. Want to see how he progresses.

Ricketts 4 - Looks a lot different to earlier in the season.

Ramage 4 - A few good and crucial tackles but also a few bad mistakes.

Stokes 6.5 - One of the better players. Wasn't a great performance from him, but better than most of his team mates.

Vincelot 6 - Quieter first half but very active throughout. Tries very hard and was unfair that he got sent off in the context of the game that saw their player unpunished for constant fouls.

Bigi 3 - Just looks out of his depth. I'll save the essay.

Hunt 4 - Looked busy for the first 10, then faded and did absolutely nothing.

Murphy 3 - Needs to be dropped (see RCC). This guys effort and attitude is appalling and I've been saying it for weeks. Promotion fighting needs fighters. This guy plays for himself, doesn't try, doesn't make any substantial effort to get the ball when he's lost it. Give some of the other lads a go willing to put the work in.

Maddison 5 - Did some good things but needs to release the ball rather than trying to go round multiple players a little too often. Makes thing happens for other players but I'm worried his ego is expanding with all this attention.

Armstrong 5 - Tried, ran, scored a penalty. Needs more support and service. With Murphy in the team who never passes to him, we're only down to two other attacking players who can feed him.

Rose 5 - Promising and want to see more.
JOB 5.5 - Gave it a good go as usual with a few stray passes. This guy needs to start, and in his desired position. He's a massive asset to the team under appreciated by TM.

Phillips 5 - Wasn't on very long, one decent shot.

TM 4 - Team selection needs to be better. Certain players need to be dropped and other more hungry players given a chance.
Good substitutions but Murphy shouldn't be given a chance every fucking time to play 90 minutes when he isn't trying.

Ref 3 - Worst I've seen in ages. How our player got sent off and they had almost no sanctions is laughable.

Lino 10 - Fabulous streches and the most entertaining part of the first half.

RCC 5 nothing really clear cut to do, no a great deal he could of done with there goals. Lacking confidence now unfortunately
Stokes 6 one of our better players, so one footed tho. Reliable.
Ramage 3 made one good pass early on and a good sliding tackle to give the corner for second goal. The rest of game shocking.
Ricketts 3 another shocking performance from our captain. To slow on the ball, found wanting a few times. Positional play and defending is getting worse. As our most experienced defender he injects no confidence to those around him.
Lorentzson 5 some nice touches but looks off the pace and not really much better than Phillips. If only the corner when in
Vincelot 5 put himself about, shame he got sent off. Glad he clattered Williams but needed to lay low as it was clear he was gonna get a second yellow after.
Bigi. 2 think we all seen it..... Just wow no touch or pass. Free kick set the tone inside 5 mins.
Murphy 3 was he even there?? Missing and lacklustre, no movement. When running again didn't get out of second gear. Waste of talent.
Maddison 6 drew a few good shots and fouls. Busy in the first half. Took one to many touches for me when we could of countered with Armstrong breaking away.
Hunt 3 didn't have much impact at all. Tho no movement around him to open anything up. Another looking off the pace.

We all know the back 4 are a issue, square pegs in round holes for too long unfortunately. Let's pray something opens up in the market quickly to solve this issue.
Confidence is running thin now. Set pieces are costing too much and maybe time for a change of tactics from 4231. Too many players under performing and off the pace. Is this really a wobble or a slump? We've not been fluent for 11 games or so.

That's correct, and was at a point in the game when we had a few good chances to open them up down the left. Stokes has no one to play in, Maddison was too central, Murphy was to right of the pitch not offering much. If Murphy was playing in the left of the front three we'd of had a man to play in. Why are we not stretching teams anymore, only playing down the middle where it's to congested.

Yes guilty a few times today of taking a touch to many and turning back or inside when the forward ball to Armstrong was the ideal ball, slowed down a few counter attacks. Still learning his game and I think we've too higher hopes from what we want or expect him to do consistently

To be fair to Maddison he needs runners off the ball, we're far too static and too many of our players want the ball into their feet so they can turn and run and not into space to run on to and, Armstrong is just as guilty of that.

RCC, How can a keeper still look so poor when he hasn't had a save to make??? His overall display is shocking.

Been saying for weeks he's the worst goalkeeper in the league By a million miles. Every fucking week the opposition keeper gives him goalkeeping lesson in how to command his area.

Burge isn't a great keeper by any stretch of the imagination. But I don't ever remember him being this bad.

He should have done better with the second goal. Hardly a bullet header.

I know he let himself down a bit when we had momentum in getting sent off, but looks like I'm the only one who thought vincelot was our best player. Worked really hard imo.

Rcc is worrying me, not the goals he let in, but the punch he made when he should be cleaning the attackers out to catch. Would love to see commanding keeper bollocking defence. Must breed worry into our shaky woeful back line of which either ramage or rickets or Martin need to play with an animal but not two together. Loretzon OK on the ball left gaps, stokes average but would def be playing higher if he had two feet as so predictable but is consistent.

Midfield vincelot playyed on his own, bigi dreadful. Hunt ineffective Murphy and madders in patches but not consistent (shit ref didn't help), arma had poor service worked hard but not really on it. Couple of decent shots still though and never gave up.

Of the subs job worked hard delivered little but I did like rose. Started really bright looked positive. Would like to see him start with fleck on Sunday, but more importantly would like us to sign experienced keeper and commanding centre half.

As for our sending off, sorry but Vincelot needs to be fined for this, both were yellows and in between that giving the ref verbals only made the 2nd a lot easier to give.- very poor.
Hunt - 4 - Rushed around but no contribution to game.
Birigmana - 4 - Some of the passing was OK, but needs to play as a pair with Vincelot, until that happens wont be effective in the role.
Murphy - 4 - At no point did I think he was interested yesterday, game passed him by, especially when they started to to get physical.
Maddison - 5 OK in first half disappeared for most of the 2nd, yes he was kicked all over the place but has to learn to not get bullied. Oh yeah and how to tackle.
Armstrong - 5 - Shot and PEN ok but not much else

Ref - Oh my dear god, where did they get him from, would love to see the report from the stand for his display, if we were winning it would have been comical. When the lino had to go off the ref already knew this and so did the 4th official (mic'ed up), so why was the 4th official not stripped ready, doing his token stretches before the change - bad management by the ref. I'm not sure what totting up system he uses but on my count most refs would have booked at least 3 of there players in the first half and more in the second. As for the half yard move for the ball in the pen area, sorry but the ref needs to get a grip, in the first half we took a short free kick around 20 yards from where the infringement took place. In the 2nd half, just outside the area, ref paced the 10 yrds for wall, sprayed the line and let the defenders stand in front of the line, when he asked them to move they didn't but blew for the free kick to be taken - why????

But he did have two shots saved by the keeper, one brilliantly.

There were many poorer than him.
