Im not so sure on this, if you read question 27. The last part to the answer "in part on a secured basis" may mean that the money from sisu has been secured against any assets we have. Clearly we dont have many assets but i cant see how they would write off that amount of money.

27: Have any of the loans been converted to shares in any of the SBS&L companies?
CCFC: No, not into shares. It is well known that when the SISU fund which had invested in CCFC required more money, this was provided by another SISU fund, in part on a secured basis

@elephanttears, in part, is that a 10%, 50% or 99% part? We don't know & TF ain't letting on.
