The police have not given any reason for the attack but the Thames Valley Police have said it is not connected to the earlier BLM rally and everyone from the BLM had gone b y the time of the attack.

But you can't just come to that conclusion. The police have said that at the moment, it doesn't appear to be terrorist related and also doesn't appear to be related to the BLM protects near by.
As it stands, it is one seemingly crazed person who has stabbed other people.
