Wonder if we will be putting him in the squad for cover out wide?

He's looked great whenever I've seen him.

He hasn't made the match day squad at Ebbsfleet for the past two matches so probably recalled as he's not getting any game time.

Think he needs a solid run of games to find his feet.

We threw him on when he had no real chance of impacting the game and he looked out of his depth when we played diagonal balls to his head and then didn't really see him again.

That second paragraph is classic Robins.

Ebbsfleet have financial issues and have been threatened with a winding up order, they have had to trim their squad.

If he's fit I'd love to see him on the bench for tomorrow, I think another face and an alternative attacking option around the squad can only help right now.

All from Mark Robins
Allassani has been back for 3 weeks recovering from injury and he is training with U23s.
No decision has been made by Derby yet on Thomas, we have him until at least January.
Jodi saw a specialist in London on Wednesday, he may need an exploratory operation. Best case a couple of weeks out, worst case redo the operation and out for the season.
Looking to do business in January both ways, Robins wants to add goals and another centre half for competition.

I go along with the centre half bit, I like all three of ours but Tom Davies does miss too many matches for my liking. Not judging Thompson yet needs more time imo

How do you come to this conclusion?

This season after his suspension was up he’s sat out 2 spells once with a virus the club ran blood tests on and the other was groin strain sustained against Accrington so not available for selection for games.

Last season he had food poisoning missing one game then a broken collar bone at Forest Green.

I don’t think centre back is an issue just sign a fucking proper target man Number 9 Robins !!! But let’s be real here we will do fuck all business till the final hour and sign a 18 year old striker 5’10 from Brentford with minutes remaining of the window.

Why would we sign one of those? To play left midfield?

With potentially no wingers what the flip you getting a target man for? Who’s giving him service?
It’s just another roll of the dice without wingers to bring the ball through the thirds

It’s not just about wingers it’s someone to play off in general hold up play and link it.

Who’s he linking too if the players we have are not getting up in support quick enough?

Id like stockley at exeter but heard hes off to oxford in jan
Missed out on Collins and now Stockley it seems .

I think that partnership would have got us the goals, as long as Robins played the two upfront. !

Per4haps if we weren't obsessed with a big strong target man we might play some proper football.
Who was the big strong target man when Armstrong and Murphy were scoring?

Anyway, this is a thread about Allassani.................

And look how that fizzled out by winter, we started to fall away with the autumn leaves hence Darius Henderson was called by TM to offer another way in January.

It just wasn’t the right player at his stage of career.
