ACL = 50 % Higgs + 50% cov council. IMO Higgs have had enough and want out, too many in cov council see ownership of the Arena plus defeating SISU as some sort of class warfare, socialism v capitalism and are prepared to play hardball at the expense of the club. we will have to see how this is played out but councillors can be voted out and if the ownership of the stadium is seen as a major issue it may mobilise the many cov fans who are voters to mobilise under a common cause.
