They need an all round centre midfielder, someone who is good at long shots and a good passer. A good winger who can actually dribble and cross because they can't seem to do that well at all and, of course, one or two strikers, they need to score goals which their strikers have done nowhere near good enough.

First things first, league & manager situation needs resolving before even thinking about next seasons squad, I reckon Burge would be OK in league two should the worst happen.
