Wasps could sue them.
Wasps could sue for any harm done to them which would probably be reputational. They would determine the damages and then have to prove them. What damages would be incurred?

You can if it wasn't supposed to be made public because you had an NDACan you do reputational harm with true facts?

Wasps would have to show how they'd been damaged and would sue for what they claimed they'd lost. There is also the possibility that the NDA contains an amount to be paid if it is broken.Honest questions, I don't know NDA law. Usually it's used for shit like 'don't tell people what our console looks like in case it's copied' or 'don't tell people how we make KFC'. You can see the damage caused there.
I wonder how much you'd be talking if damages were awarded, might be a price worth paying.
What have I said Nick?
That's not even close to true. But I'm not here for a fight. I'm here to support this statement. Pick a fight another time.
That's the new thing. Spout some shit and then say "I'm not here for a fight" when people disagree.
Please quote where I said Wasps statement wasn't vague or kindly shut the fuck up. That's the new thing. Put up or fuck off. Hope you like it.

You're saying the Dave Boddy statement this evening stating they have evidence to back their argument is euqlly vauge with the Wasps statement? That's not even close to true. But I'm not here for a fight. I'm here to support this statement. Pick a fight another time.
Council pricks wont reply
Send them that rickroll virus
Should still be hanging his head in shame.Wait until the CCC hitmen find them.
Good job PWKH isn't involved now, they would have his bellend grandson or nephew threatening that they wouldn't like his family of lawyers when they get angry, like I did.
Hi if you are reading.
Club has come out all guns blazing and Joy is happy to chat. Boddy says we have evidence. This could be an absolute PR nightmare for Wasps now. Let’s not fuck about. This is a war.
Below email sent to Joy Seppala, Dave Boddy, Nick Eastwood, Stephen Vaughan, Derek Richardson earlier today........
Dear all
In February this year we decided that, in the absence of adequate fan representation, we could no longer wait for wait for events to play out so we looked to speak to all involved parties, along with other local and regional individuals with influence, to get all parties to a position where an agreement could be made for Coventry City Football Club to play in the city that bears its name.
Today we are in the position where both parties have put out contradictory statements about why an agreement hasn’t been possible, and this makes it really difficult for supporters to know exactly what has happened and why an agreement hasn’t been possible for next season. So, in the spirit of transparency, we are asking both parties if they are prepared to waive the non-disclosure agreements so that supporters, local businesses and citizens of Coventry alike can be presented with raw facts to enable all to clearly see why these decisions have been taken.
Thank you
Pete & Mark
... An ugly war of attrition that damages all parties involved.
Perhaps I am naive, but in the last couple of years, I do believe that our cause is a righteous one with every passing PR spat.
We need progress on our proposed stadium
project this year. No excuses! Yes, I am aware that I’m repeating this point ad nauseam.
So long any progress is made on this new stadium, I can tolerate exile from Coventry and the on-the-field impacts they have. Brighton endured the hardship, perhaps we can too.
Love how Joy hit reply all to the other mugs.
If there is regular communication on the proposed site and then the whole process to build the stadium then a lot more fans will be onboard and support the boys in Brum.
This could...and I emphasise could.... be the moment the vast majority of the fan base is reunited and behind the clubs direction of travel.
100% agreed.
This is essential. The RICOH project has utterly failed. I was of the view that we could coexist with Wasps in a consensual, and mutually beneficial relationship. Now, I am of the view that this is inherently impossible in the current circumstance.
It is time for the club to forge its own destiny and if our owners want the fans onboard, they need to keep us updated on every step of the program. Most importantly, tangible progress is needed too.
Frankly, I believe the community of SBT (as in the forum), potentially led by @Sky Blue Pete and @mark82 and/or anyone willing to do it, should organise something resembling a supporters Trust.
The Sky Blues Trust just doesn’t seem up to the task.
The response from Wasps, or even the lack of one, I think will tell us a lot. As you say if the club are bluffing Wasps will happily agree to drop the NDA and let everything come out. If, on the other hand, they decide they don't want the details in the public domain I think we can all work out the most likely reason. If Joy is willing to drop the NDA and Boddy claiming they/we have the evidence to back our claims. It would suggest that between ourselves and Wasps, we are the party that is the most truthful.
It could be all bluffs. In which case, I expect Wasps to call it and drop the NDA.
We shall see.
Well no you literally just quoted what he said, why are you asking him if he said something elseYou're saying the Dave Boddy statement this evening stating they have evidence to back their argument is euqlly vauge with the Wasps statement?

Its got to be soon, well overdue already.I do wonder if a decision from the EU is imminent been going on for an age now it’s as I f something has spooked things a bit.
The Trust have long been an utter disgrace and not fit for purpose.100% agreed.

The majority on here seem to have changed their minds regarding Sisu, perhaps over the coming months/years they will about the Trust. Oh and by the way this includes me.[
I can't believe I'm saying this but tbf to the trust the stuff they said on the radio and their reply to the wasps tweet today at least show a slight change of tact, don't get me wrong they still have a mountain to climb but at least the sign of some willing seems to be there

That is the most important part. As most people say they are the go to organisation for tv /media and Their voices are heard. I very rarely go to their meetings now but am going to the next and this will be raisedThey will be judged on their actions though won't they?
We have heard the same things time and time again. If they do sort their shit out and hammering all sides then people might change their views on them.
I still don't think it's a case of changing their minds about SISU either, it's more opening their eyes to Wasps / CCC in all of this.
