After yesterday's sad news concerning Peter Bonetti's passing, I had a look to see if he was in goal the first time I saw us play Chelsea - Sept 1978. He was and as well as being surprised that Ron 'chopper' Harris also played that day I noticed Ray Wilkins in the line up and realised I'd seen him play against us a few times for other clubs, namely Man U and QPR.
Granted, it's only three and I'll have to have a think for others, but my question today is.... What players have you seen play against us with different clubs? No lazily throwing in Ted MacDougall - Loads of clubs but mainly outside the top division.
Name the player and the various clubs he turned out for. (They can include us of course)

I'd imagine Collymore must have played against us with Villa, Forest and Liverpool. Were we relegated when he went to Leicester?

Dion's not a bad shout - Cambridge & Man U before us then Villa, Leicester, Norwich and I'm sure he played against us for Millwall in a Friday evening TV match.

I don’t think we’ve ever played against Jordan Rhodes. He was at Huddersfield for a while then went to the Championship the season after we got relegated I think

I am pretty sure was at Leicester the year we went down and the season before. He might have even played against us for Bradford?

2007 2-1 win at home (Adebola, Doyle). Think Doyle scored from outside the box and went top early in season

Oh bloody hell, i did think Sheffield United but discounted them as they'd been promoted to the PL in the mid 00s and then again recently, suppose we've played them a lot in League 1 mind.
