Just watched the highlights and weirdly despite the tiny crowd it didn't look all that bad.
Having only the corporate stand open and from how the TV camera positions are it doesn't really look all that empty. Ive been to matches where there have been over 12k but watched the highlights when I got home and it looks like its empty because no one is in the stand facing the camera.
This has always bugged me and I get comments from work colleagues about how few people it looks like on the highlights.
Could it be an idea to either switch the camera points or make that corporate side the main stand. I only ask because it looks so bleak on the highlights, totally dead sometimes. not exactly inspiring for fans who might come along if it looked more lively
Agree, but I wonder if it's to do with the tunnel stand side having 2 tiers that contain advertising? So more advertising hoardings on display = more cash?
It's also going to be because of where the jaguar hall is positioned... Where the cameras are means the TVs crews don't have to route 4 tonnes of cable through the building.
