It's a PR thing for Wasps / The council isn't it? Hence it is Wasps based and they have given him free tickets and they have commented on it.
Was in the news last week I think?

The only thing I like about it, is that it's for Zoe's place which is a great cause.
Hope a fat ex rugby player stumbles into it and demolishes itIncredible Ricoh Arena replica made with 45,000 toothpicks
Amazing effort and the guy clearly talented, but I hate that he's done it with rugby posts and "we are wasps" around the perimeter boards. A real smack in the face for the City. I Would have thought he's limited his market of potential bidders too, but either assumes rugby folk have more cash or he simply hates us!
And too many toothpicks. Some people have way too much time on their hands.
Troughs up man!Hope a fat ex rugby player stumbles into it and demolishes it
Always wondered about buying smaller scale models of the Ricoh when these have been sold by the club in the past. But then you wonder, what would you do with one? Once you've looked at it a bit, you just have to leave it hang around and it would be quite a bulky thing to sit around the house....for the money it would cost, it would end up in the garage/attic in a box pretty quickly.
This guys clearly done Bird ,they used matches in olden times.900 hours is effectively 22 and a half weeks of 9-5...
5 and a bit Months of a full time job...
It's over £7k if on minimum wage...
He got paid with 2 Wasps Season Tickets. He must have some passion for building things like that.
Do you need help eating the magnums?? I'm your man if soScale looks a bit off to me, the size of the roof only allows a sliver of light in which would cause havoc for the woodchip turf. 6/10, I'm knocking up a Sixfields out of Magnum lolly sticks that will blow MINDS.
Maybe we could all club together and purchase it...then burn it.
