Google a website called fan chants you can download an mp3 of PUSB (and many other CCFC / football related chants) from there.

I think there's a video on youtube for the song as. A ring tone, use youtube converter and converter it on to your phone via usb.
Other than that if your on orange or O2 anyone like that on the mobile webpage go on ringtone section and I'm pretty sure there will be a ringtone there, may set you back a quid or two though.
