Talk about it all you want but the keeper is a long way from our biggest problem atm, and sticking bloody Wilson in is the answer to absolutely nothing.
Agreed, but think back a few years, Robin's has had issues with certain players, usually the older brigade, certainly there were post's on here to that effect? Not uncommon for Thomas to have a disagreement with a team mate.
Glass houses and all that.
We can talk about Dovin individually when people quit with the Wilson shit. Anyone bringing that clown into it can't be taken seriously I'm afraid.I don't think Wilson is the answer, but just because you and others don't like him doesn't mean you give a free pass to a goalkeeper who hasn't kept a clean sheet all season.
Dovin was one of our best players yesterday, but if he hasn't been vocal enough in a key moment then it's a valid talking point.
I’m sorry but I don’t agree with most of this. We were better, yes, but we were still poor. Preston are not a great side and they were the better team, stats back this up.We did little wrong
Use of the ball was ok
Not much in
Had opportunities
One of those games we ended up losing
Disappointing
Going to see the ref about the disallowed goal
Have to contend with fouls because they disrupt play
Disappointed for the players as they played good football
Just one of those games
Fine margins and we are losing out
Onto the next game
We make the wrong decisions
Played with 2 strikers and we were unfortunate
Changed formation because of what we had available
They went into the box formation at the end of the game
Use of the ball should be better
Played into their hands too often
We have to take our chances because we make mistakes
It wasn't a bad performance and we played ok
Came out the wrong side
Players bewildered and can't handle criticism
Support the players

Yea @Saddlebrains often mentions the attitude of the ‘Barnsley Three’. @Sky Blue Goblin hinted at something too.
Always presumed (based on additional information) it was mainly Kitching. Perhaps Thomas has the attitude too?
I know people get upset when information gets shared on here, but a) I’ve asked the direct question so it’s not his agenda being shared randomly b) just don’t read it.
The only critical talking point around him should be his failure to command his 6 yard box even with 4 or 5 of his colleagues in it. Not that either of our other keepers know how to do that either.I don't think Wilson is the answer, but just because you and others don't like him doesn't mean you give a free pass to a goalkeeper who hasn't kept a clean sheet all season.

It’s across the whole team, so many just go missing and expect or hope to be bailed out. Wright actually did bail them out to be fair.Kitcging deffo. Collins just has nothing about him other than misery. Thomas head has gone in my view. But a lot of them are the same
I don’t think what he said was random bullshit. I think you are looking at the performance over the last 10 games or more( which is poor), but his comments were prefaced with “if you take this game in isolation”.Maybe not random bullshit. If the players think what we have had so far is acceptable then what the fuck are they being told?
This is Robins has a challenge like he didn’t before.
Previously players with poor attitude could be moved on as we had signed them on a free. He can’t just move on players that we’ve paid millions for
This is down to the players Wright, Bassette and Simms missed sitters, you can't blame MR for that. This is the same manager who took us a penalty away from the Premier league got us from League 2 to the championship, a ridiculous offside from being in an fa cup final. We are not winning but can't think of anyone else to get us out of the shit spell we are in.
Adi, it's quite simple really, not happening though !This is down to the players Wright, Bassette and Simms missed sitters, you can't blame MR for that. This is the same manager who took us a penalty away from the Premier league got us from League 2 to the championship, a ridiculous offside from being in an fa cup final. We are not winning but can't think of anyone else to get us out of the shit spell we are in.
Needs someone to pull them all together and work through whatever is going on. There were reports of dysfunction last year which were rectified. Year before Godden and Gyokeres fell out.
All seemed to get sorted and turned round.
Issue this time is who takes that role on? Sheaf is a quiet lead by example type captain, so it isn’t him. Lati, Eccles seem to more that type of leader - would they be listened to if there’s competing attitudes and egos in the dressing room?
MR might need to lead a session himself and I wouldn’t be opposed to ‘big’ players being dropped.
We’ve gone from a fairly traditional manager and assistant manager approach (that we have achieved all our success in) to whatever this modern mess is. I don’t buy into conspiracy theories about AV (conspiracies are for people without capacity and intelligence to understand factual information), we could still have kept a traditional manager/assistant approach without AV.
There’s so many questions that I’m struggling to see the answers to - is the elite coaching team meant to be coaching the players for the managers formation? What is the performance director‘s role? Is Robins involved in recruitment and the ultimate decision on acquisition?
Robins is an absolute legend and his record as always suggests we will overcome this. With the staggering amount of changes in 6 months, it’s still hard to work out what has broken it. There’s still questions around whether Hamer has been replaced and if Simms is the right number 9 for us.
I can’t believe how quick some of our self proclaimed best fans in the land have thrown their toys out of the pram. You are shit fans that stand in silence when the players need you. WLADITT for TikTok and that’s it. Not even in the same stratosphere as say Leeds fans for noise.
A real depressing morning, not for losing at Preston (which most of us could have predicted at the start of the season) but because of the reaction of our fans to yesterday.

What about Eccles chance just after half time??? He hits the target it’s a goal keepers out of position defenders can’t stop him….No one missed a sitter TBF. Hajis chance was bouncing behind him and wasn’t easy unless you’re a FIFA character, Bassette’s the keeper had closed the angles and there was only a small gap to aim for with the ball again bouncing up and spinning the wrong way.
We just aren’t consistently putting pressure on the opponents so obsess over the few chances we get.

what does he do….
for me that was easier than both bassetts and hajis…

Haven't seen Bassette's chance on tele. It was obviously the other end of the pitch from where we were yesterday but everybody expected the net to bulge.
The fans aren’t to blame for the players lack of effort
The players lack of effort is to blame for the fans reaction yesterday
I’m assuming this was on CWR, but picked it up from the Telegraph. Apparently MR said that Wilson’s injury will remain unspecified as he’s been told he can’t talk about specifics due to data protection??
The club is getting stranger by the day (as is MR to be fair). The only way we’re going to get any clue about injuries is if a player walks off clutching his hamstring or appears later in an ankle boot? I’m pretty sure all other clubs are still up front about it? There’s definitely something very odd in the air.
Wilson wanted to reveal it himself, but like Moore and Collins before him, he was told to drop it.I’m assuming this was on CWR, but picked it up from the Telegraph. The problem is, and always been our lack of ability to create chances. We struggle to fashion good quality chances and that comes from the midfield and wide players (WB yesterday).Bassette I can forgive, he’s a kid who’s still learning.
Wright and Simms however have some awful misses. I don’t know if it’s training, or something wrong with their mindset
How many unsuccessful managers would we have to cycle through to find a successful one, is the question I'd ask here.
The idea that swapping out a struggling manager for a new one, somehow magically resolves all your problems, simply isn't borne out by evidence.
We've seen that both at this club and elsewhere, and we've seen it plenty of times too.
Have a bit of faith in the bloke who got us to where we are, surely he's earned that - and maybe accept that some of the problems (the failures in recruitment and the changes to the coaching staff) are not entirely his fault.
Either way, I think getting behind the team and the manager, even when they're struggling, usually results in a better outcome than hounding a proven manager out.
It's not easy though, I get that - but if we wanted an easy life we probably shouldn't have chosen to support this lot though, eh.
What I can't get my head around, is we completely trumped Blackburn for 90 mins other than their one cross in the box, why have we not built on that? I thought that was a turning point but obviously not.
Wright was on his game.
Confidence is on the floorI do wonder what's gone on in the background, somethings happened that's effected the team severely.
