I was at charlton on Saturday and felt the protest (march and pigs) achieved its aim in that it received a lot of media attention, was different, was joint between two sets of fans and was sandwiched between the parliamentary debate and questions to the FL.
I will march and attend game on Saturday...the boycott will achieve nothing and only get press in the local media
I will be going into the game! I won't be attending the March!
I think unfortunately that, what on the whole will be a peaceful protest will be ruined by a handful of idiots. Who (like at sixfields), will make it a personal crusade to goad, bully and intimidate fans wishing to enter. As I attend games with my 8yo son I'd rather him not have to put up with that and therefore plan to be in the ground before they've even dragged their knuckles from the park to the statue.
But this in turn means I'll be in the ground some 45mins to an hour earlier than usual instead of the pub spending money in the ground I would usually spend elsewhere!
Yep I went on there the other day and commented on the minutes from the scg. It didn't take long for me to be called a sisu supporter. Can't wait for Saturday
If my grandsons want to go and go in I will take them in, they couldn't go last night, school, and that's that. Anyone who tries to interfere that will be their problem.
