Why would people worry about how much Sisu would get? Very strange
How's it silly then? As he will be getting Willis and other players / ryton too.No because it's silly, did Hoffman make an offer to buy Stevenson?
It's almost like you can't see the point. Nobody cares about their pocket, they care about the likeliness of them going.Isn't it just, I would hate to see them out of pocket after saving us like they did!
I'd also be worried if any offer handicaps the club going forward, by handing over certain revenues to SISU.I'm worried that if GH doesnt offer enough then SISU aint gonna leave and we are stuck with them until the club dies, so yeah i'm worried about how much they will get
I will flick Joy's bean if it sweetens the deal?
with your tongue??

Seems we're stuck between a rock and a hard place, eh.

You've seen the deal then ?What if they aren't bidding more for what they are actually bidding for is worth..........
CCFC worth - by lecturer in football finance Liverpool
In this instance after details have come out it is actually a poor offer.
Don't mind a bit of arse action (to females, not men) in fairness. He'd probably have to move Nick's out of the way first.
Oh, wait. He said bean not arse. The coast should be clear then
(that was a joke by the way Nick)

You dirty bastard.
Don't worry there is not going to be a deal
And a club without an academy base or stadium or long term tenancy agreement and a club which is losing money everyweek devalues it.How's it silly then? As he will be getting Willis and other players / ryton too.
Wouldn't know not going to make any difference even if he does I don't thinkIs he not making another offer?

Most people wouldn't buy a £20,000 asset at full price if you needed to put in another £100,000 just to make it in working order. It's like buying/selling the engine to a Ferrari without having the actual car. Sure that engine may still be worth a lot of money but without the whole package it's useless.
Which is why in the past I've argued the best way to get rid of Sisu is to give them something they can actually sell on. Why in the past I supported the idea of having our own stadium and packing out home matches, if we were in the championship, in our own stadium getting 18-20k a week then we might be able to drum up a bit more interest and Sisu might just leave.
At the moment Sisu don't have a football club to sell. They have a couple of promising players, a lot of shit ones who are actually liabilities and a few grass fields with changing rooms.

Haha good oneThey have 6 times more to sell than what's been offered.
You are looking really stupid.
Doesn't matter what they have to sell, it's useless without the whole package which they don't have
They should! B-)So why wouldn't they just sell Ryton and Stevenson and make at least double what he is offering?
If it was the full package with a stadium etc then it would obviously be higher.

Maybe from there point, they probably should. They will get more selling each part individually than as a whole package because at the moment the package doesn't work, no one is going to come and beat the offer from hofman and his group.
From the noises coming out from the SISU camp it sounds like that is what they will do.
Yes with the full package it obviously becomes higher, although not only just because of the added value a stadium etc. would add, but also because they would be selling a working product and not the broken one they have now.
Said it a few times Hoffman should just tell them to keep Ryton to make the purchase price lower and make them feel like they get more out of the deal..
If it was such and undervalued offer where is the line of buyers looking to outbid him and pick up a bargain.
Curious. If Hoffman offered what they did in that 2nd bid, but threw in Ryton as well, would you support it ?
You dirty bastard.
