Christ, it's amazing you keep ranting but you still fail to process what's actually being said.So is a 100 mill why don't they bid that! don't know why they don't just throw all that they have and own in the pot so our fab owners get what a few on here think they deserve.
The price Sisu deem acceptable will never be offered to them though by anyone unless they lower their expectations.Probably because, like the rest of us, he wants SISU done. For that to happen someone needs to make an offer SISU deem acceptable.
If it was a normal business £2M for the actual value of the club and £30 on the squad,Apparently $55m Aus dollars = approx £32m Not really enough but would do a job.
Lower it to what hoffman is offering? Why would they??The price Sisu deem acceptable will never be offered to them though by anyone unless they lower their expectations.
Nobody knows what it will cost to get rid of SISU. And nobody will find out until they sit around a table and talk. And there are no signs of it happening yet.The price Sisu deem acceptable will never be offered to them though by anyone unless they lower their expectations.
.... because they will never get there money back so why hang around ?Lower it to what hoffman is offering? Why would they??

Nobody would pay what they want and still be able to run a viable business on the debt taken on.Nobody knows what it will cost to get rid of SISU. And nobody will find out until they sit around a table and talk. And there are no signs of it happening yet.
Do you find it that easy to imply something without saying it so much that you do it without realising?Christ, it's amazing you keep ranting but you still fail to process what's actually being said.
I agree with the sentiments here - unless it is what sisu class as a reasonable offer, no particular rush to sell.I honestly don't think Joy will sell. Partly because it's Hoffman and she's obviously got issues with him, mostly because it's probably worth seeing if we can bounce back up next season, even if you wanted to sell. A club on the back of promotion with 10k+ regular fans is worth more than we are now. We've just won our first silverware in 30 years and have a promising manager in, personally I'd take the gamble anyway if it wasn't going to cost me and I'd sunk 9 years and X million in already anyway.
So it's not been said then and it's what you want to read. Even though it's been cleared up multiple times?Do you find it that easy to imply something without saying it so much that you do it without realising?
Huh?So it's not been said then and it's what you want to read. Even though it's been cleared up multiple times?

Sisu deserve nothing. The only time I have seen talk of giving them anything is this notion of packing the ground to give them something to sell. Just puts the price up and gives them more it doesn't actually change their stance.
So very true
However nothing does not get rid of them. They in a strange twist could almost be seen to be holding the club/fans to ransom. Therefore there is a price to pay that their stewardship of Ccfc fully does not deserve
It is not about paying for value it is simply paying the lowest price that sees them depart. Two very different things and definitely not about giving them a gift or even encouraging it..... but equally seeing them gone is not about value under pinning it all. The price in the end will be more than the value acquired in my opinion
Doesn't stop them submitting it as they did the previous bids.Juggy tweeted he spoke to consortium member who said 3rd bid been put together but it's difficult as joy just doesn't want to talk - make of it what you will.
Good to see that consortium member's taking heed of Hoffman's desire for details not to be leaked...Juggy tweeted he spoke to consortium member who said 3rd bid been put together but it's difficult as joy just doesn't want to talk - make of it what you will.

Course he did.Juggy tweeted he spoke to consortium member who said 3rd bid been put together but it's difficult as joy just doesn't want to talk - make of it what you will.
Course he did.
he said tm told him, then he said he overheard it. I pointed out the contradiction and he blocked meThe same juggy who was well in with TM and knows the budget
Somewhere in the middle probably.Lower it to what hoffman is offering? Why would they??
Well I was told they are talking. Not denying the ground situation needs sorting out. However what pressure does that put on Seppala to do a deal now. It won't force the FA/ EFL to take action against Sisu who can point to being blocked at ricoh and bpa. The fa/efl will always side with their member. No deal means allowing a ground share. Easier to relocate a team with fewer fans.
In the meantime if Ccfc successful next season it would be interesting to see if wasps maintain their no talks stance. As much as anything what works against Ccfc staying is the falling attendance and bad team performance reverse that .......
Not sure anyone knows what she wants ....... including Hoffman . If he did surely he wouldn't think his bids would be accepted? There seems to be a big gap
Well I was told they are talking.
Came from an employee at the Ricoh but hey who knows for sure.
Groundshare where ??I'm not worried about the FL. They can't force wasps to let us stay, so will use their discretion and allow us to groundshare again temporarily. It won't come to that, as I'm sure when it comes to it, Wasps will agree another short term agreement for us to stay.

But,but but............So is a 100 mill why don't they bid that! don't know why they don't just throw all that they have and own in the pot so our fab owners get what a few on here think they deserve.
Exactly. What if Wasps maybe 'encouraged' by CCC don't agree a new deal, where will we play? Can't see Birmingham,Walsall or even Northampton agreeing to a ground share, when they will surely realise the open fan hostility to such a move. The Butts is surely a non starter, is a Nuneaton ground share likely, maybe, but I wouldn't bank on it. The salient point is that SISU don't control that decision, they are reliant on the goodwill/cooperation of another football club.Groundshare where ??
