Has he got the spurs job like a competition winner? All that's been said in the build up to the cup final is head injury and spurs fans.

He was promoted from youth team coach to interim manager when Mourino was sacked, Ledley King is his assistant. It’s a bit like a Scott Parker scenario.

Watching how this game has played out , it makes it even more ridiculous that they sacked a big game manager a week before the final .
Yea he's lost a couple finals , but overall an experienced manager whose won finals with Chelsea, man united, Real Madrid and Porto , arguably one of the all time greats whose won it all or Ryan mason .

Spurs have offered absolutely nothing

Terrible decision

Spurs fans must have been pleased to get rid of a manager who would have parked the bus and not taken the opportunity to go for an unlikely win in exchange for a rookie manager who parked the bus and didn’t take the opportunity to go for an unlikely win.

Ledley King will not have wanted that job as a new manager would have come in and replaced him and tried to get rid as he is to near to the top job, Mason will go back to the youth level.

Mourinho has won 13 major finals including 4 carabao cups , he beat guardiola in the Spanish Cup final ...

They beat city this season in the league

Levy : sack him a week before a final

As befits the modern game , seems it may have been about money.

Tottenham have nowhere near the quality of man city , added to that city have guardiola one of the most successful managers ever .

To go into this cup final with a 29 year old rooky means levy should resign.

Shocking.

Don't feel for spurs either , think they are something they aren't

If Jose had won it he would have been more difficult to sack he was never really the right one for Spurs he likes to win and Spurs are worrying about having the nicest ground and nothing spending too much money.

Jose's star has waned anyway. Second spell at Chelsea, Man United and Tottenham have all been very average.

he did win the title first year back at Chelsea, had a poor start to their defence and was sacked ...Klopp could have suffered the same fate earlier this season. finished second and won the europa league and league Cup with United..the most trophies since ferguson .

Spurs are just a million miles away in every department compared to the Chelseas and city's of the league

Poor for him I suppose , I doubt he'd have failed at man city with that team for example

Jose should start looking for the right club or country now not just a high paying one, I read he has had 77m plus in pay offs so can’t be short on cash. If he wants to stop in London Crystal Palace, international wise the England job is perfect for him and should really be available after euro 2021.

For all the haters saying Mourinho is past it, the man is a winner. I’d take him as England manager if Southgate moved on.

You're telling me, the bloke picks up an 8 figure pay off every few years excluding whatever else he gets for adverts. A few more sackings and he'll be able to buy Man City
