He had a family matter. He has a newborn so I wouldn't read that much into it.

Yep, the personal matter was the line given by the club but doesn't mean it's necessarily the full facts.

Not trying to be argumentative or spin a conspiracy theory just raising it as a suggestion based on the captaincy going elsewhere being announced today.
