My dad always goes on about how he was at this game, but even though he was a city fan he was sitting with my great uncle who was a season ticket holder at Goodison :D

Just a class goal, i wonder why we dont try it again???

Its now illegal. The ball must travel forward from a freekick or some rubbish.
We're the only team in the world to have done it legally in a match (or least should be -_-).

Thought this was going to be about someone receiving the new kit today and the quality being shoddy! started to panic.

It is now illegal. But isnt the rule ur first touch cannot be with 2 feet and the ball has to roll atleast once?? Think its summit like that. Def a piece of history we'll never have taken off us, or see it repeated!

I think the two foot thing is right. It has been copied in a sense recently with players chipping it up with one foot to set up a volley, which is the closest you'd get now.
