I read that there is a rumour going around that SISU will not sell the club until our sell-on clause for Scott Dann is activated. Which basically means they want to get some money before the fook off.
so lets get this straight they hang on for 10% of anything over £3.5 million that may or may not happen but in the mean time continue to make losses at the club . So sold for £10m we get £650K and reportedly we lose £500K pm. Where is the advantage SISU get ?????

Apart from that being a ridiculous reason for hanging around, Hoff has allready offered a future payment scheme to them. So they have no reason to stay if , and a very big IF they have been approached to sell.
Maybe they are still here beacuse no one has presented a concrete and viable offer to buy us.
Exactly, 10M is a joke price. I know that English player's prices are inflated at present but I really can't see much more than 6M being the selling price.

i agree with you guys!! Why wait and take the risk that Dann is sold!! Surely you would say "well GH (or whoever) we will agree to sell you CCFC @ £xxxxx which includes any possiblesell on fees for anyone paid upfront know" not wait to see if they are sold and risk that they are not sold and you carry on losing money!!!:thinking about:

Some of the more vociferous SISU-out lot make the rest of the City fans look like gibbering idiots and ultimately do more harm than good by fuelling ridiculous rumours like this.
Arsenal are now strongly linked with Jagielka so I would assume that Dann is a good fit as a replacement for him at Everton - seem to remember he was with them as a kid and is a scouser so perhaps maybe soon ... disclaimer there is no subsatance or even rumour in this, just my best guess.
An idea !! Why doesn't Gary Hoffman buy him for about £10million, give SISU their million and f##k 'em off, then part exchange Dann for about 4 Arsenal youngsters Wenger wants rid of
