I am amazed that with the hard work it has obviously taken to get our team playing back in our city and attract so many season ticket holders old and new that the club cannot it seem do the simple task of providing them with a admission ticket - same issue if you buy a simple away ticket - Our tickets for Blackpool arrived on the day of the game after ordering them a week previous?? - one ticket never arrived and my mate after trying to ring the club most of the morning without success went go the ticket office and was told that he should blame the post office - The staff were not interested or bothered he also asked them why they don’t answer the phone and they said they are too busy - He then pointed out that he was the only one in the ticket office and that the phone was ringing and they were are all ignoring it - fantastic customer servicesNot got mine, nor a paper ticket for Saturday. They randomly sent my Forest paper ticket to my mate in Oxford, so I’m assuming they will do the same this time..god knows why.
Another deadline has come and gone. It’s pretty piss poor now, especially with them rolling out the ‘if you moved seats’ waffle.
Wasn’t too bothered for the Forest game but starting to get on my tits with the excuses. I wonder what will be next; if you didn’t buy a pie and fart on your seat 7 times at the Forest game, you shall be sent paper tickets up until Christmas

Awaiting post for similar today. Do we have to go to ticket office in person tomorrow if it doesn't arrive? Can't go today, and will probably have to drive over and queue with fellow sufferers. The irony is that a lot of those queueing for tickets will be those who have asked for the Socially distanced stand!Will have to go earlyish tomorrow to sort it for the Mrs as the queue will again be silly. Very frustrating

FfsMight be of use to those still waiting for tickets. Went in just now to sort the Mrs’ and because there wasn’t an address listed for her (despite the fact I bought them both under the same one) they were never sent. So as stupid as it sounds call them up and check the address is on the system
