Yes of course I do. I know that both Torch and Grendel are not perversely obsessed with a demise of any such entity, these Gents are not supporters of Sisu, they're not supporters of ACL/CCC, they don't stand on any either side of the line that is drawn in the sand, among Torch, Grendel and many others we stand on the line, we know mistakes have been made, but we cannot change the past and therefore we support the team, because unfortunately as well as the fans the Clubs players have also suffered greatly for this..

Well that's interesting as the other day Grendel was once again attacking the council. I asked Grendel to forget about all that has gone on in the past and just say what he would like the council to do/offer to get our club back.

He was unable to answer it.

Because no one can bring the Club back other than Sisu.. The Council own the Ricoh but they have no power over the Club.. To forget the past means we must also forget what Sisu has done, are you willing to do that BFRS?

If they show some intent on bringing the club back then I am willing to forget.

I just think your argument is slightly one sided, that those that attend Sixfields have "put all hate behind them".

I hate sisu. Most if not all of the boycottors hate sisu. I make no apologies for that. Now as many Sixfielders hold the council responsible or at least half responsible, for us playing in Northampton, it's logical that they would hate the council.

What intent do you need? After all there trying to get the best future for the Football Club, Sisu have also said they would return to the Ricoh but in such a way that allows the Football Club and the Arena to thrive in tandem.. Doesn't that sound like intent?

It don't work like that BFRSB, it's easy to say "Well he hates the Council, so he must go to Sixfields" but it's not as simple as that. I have seen countless posts from Torchy and I have also written countless posts saying that there is a dislike for both sides to this war, our Football Club and fans are in the middle of this war.. I won't side with anyone because it's a pathetic squabble beyond my control.

For Sisu, for ACL, for Coventry Council we must all put the past behind us and start clean, even these warring parties must do the same, or we will never see a resolution to this charade..

Ok well next time one of them accuses someone of being a council or acl lover I will be sure to link it to your post. Afterall if there are council lovers there must be council haters?

Do you disagree that a large section of our support hate sisu? If don't are you saying many fans hate sisu but none hate the council?

As for intent, there is currently no plan for the club to return to Coventry. If you know otherwise on that feel free to let us know.

No Rob, Sisu will be trying to get the best future for Sisu and its investors. We might hope that would coincide with the best future for the football club, but I think it would be naive to assume that.

Torchy and Grendel are free to do what they wish, however I am sure both will understand where I am coming from.

Of course I would agree with that, but what is the hate achieving? I don't want to be Alienated from our Football Club! I am sure many do dislike the Council also and I am sure that has been made vocal on the forum.

I'd love to tell you there was a plan, but even if I could guess a plan I am not sure how accurate it would be..

Perhaps but for the best future for Sisu and it's Investors wouldn't that mean the Club being successful, an exciting brand of Football and attracting huge crowds? That would reap the best return in my opinion..

Why am I bitter and twisted? I get it in the neck from people like you, Spion and others because I continue to support my team. So what? I also dare to say that I lay a portion of blame with CCC/ACL. Again, so what? Your wording shows your mentality....fantasise? I don't fantasise about the "demise of CCC". How stupid.

I do not care for SISU, ACL, Fisher, PWKH, CCC or anyone else. Only CCFC. I want CCFC back in Cov and if that means SISU get the stadium and ACL fold, great. If that means that there's a rent deal and SISU leave, again great. That's my point of view.

You label me bitter and twisted because I don't follow you, Astute, Spion, Jack, Schmmee and all the others in your cut 'n' paste hatred of SISU.

I'll be going again to see my team with my son home and away like I did last season. If that pisses you off then it pisses you off. I don't care. I really don't. My club is in trouble and that is down to SISU and CCC. However, I support my club and the team by going to Sixfields and away games. I don't feel guilty about it. If you all want to make a stand with your fellow fans then do something about it. Shouting from behind your keyboard ain't gonna change a thing. However, you find it easier to blame two or three anonymous people on a message board, don't you?

I would like to think so, but I'm not a hedge fund mogul and I suspect you aren't either. As a hedge fund, there will be a hedge or five in their calculations and I don't think we can assume they would all break in favour of CCFC. I didn't see their current strategy bring success and huge crowds last season. Based on Sisu's record so far, I'm not going to assume that Sisu's interests and the interests of CCFC are in alignment.

Ah the old cut and paste allegation that we all know isn't true. Hatred of SISU? I hate what they have done to our club. But as I have said several times before I will be back once our club is back. I have also said that I can forgive if they run our club how they should. Will never be forgotten though. I certainly am not happy with them. They keep contradicting themselves. They continue to be untruthful to us. They keep taking our club lower. When will it stop. There are plenty of reasons for me to be unhappy with them. There are plenty of reasons for me not to trust them.

I do never have a go at you for going to Northampton. I don't have a go at anyone for going. It is your choice. But you don't seem to understand that I have the choice of not going. You always have digs at me for this. But you hate it when anyone has a go at yourself. I don't believe that I am the only one who gets constant digs at them from yourself. It is no surprise that people have a go back at you. Then it gets reduced to stupid name calling. A few seem to do this to take the debate away from how shit our club is being run.

I hope you have a better season at Northampton next season if we end up playing there again. I hope your lad enjoys himself. After all that is what it is all about. You never know I might even go for a game. Half inside the ground and half on the hill. But I do have a problem with going in. Just like the last time I went to HR. It was just after when there had been a fire before it got demolished. I have never been back to look since. I don't want to see the new houses. Just like I don't want to see the shambles we have been reduced to. My £9 won't make any difference for one game. The extra 1 on the attendance won't make any difference either. But it would to me personally.

How come you claim that yourself and torch are neutral, but both spend the vast majority of your time and energy slagging off CCC or ACL.
You give SISU, on the other hand, a damn easy ride, when to be frank, as owners of the club, most of the important decisions are theirs, and they could end this ludicrous shitfest within 24 hours.
Surely that shows bias, not neutrality ?

I've said many times that SISU take the lion's share of the blame. Many times. However, that is strangely overlooked. I proportion blame to ACL/CCC, so there you go.

And yes I do think I'm neutral as I don't have time for any of them. I support CCFC, always have, always will which is why I go and support them home and away and which is why I will continue to do so.

absolute lie

i hate sisu and have a go at them

its just this forum is manipulated by likes of shmee so the talk always turns into trying to get him to understand that his precious council have alot to answer to

if people only see one side then it is up to me to educate them.

IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE.

We are a league 1 club now, and we would have been without the deduction.

I think it would of made a difference as we would have been at some point in the top 6 which would of gave the players something to strive for rather than mid table !!! #PUSB !!!

More likely they wouldn't have got off to the start they did when the shackles were off and were able to play with freedom as a result of the deduction. Don't think we would have been anywhere near the top 6 without it.

The form post-christmas was so bad that I cannot even bring myself to consider how we will fare next season without Murphy, Wilson etc who will inevitably not be with us.

Where have I labelled anyone bitter & twisted, naive yes, because I have a different outlook. As for hatred of one party or love of another that is also not the case.
Personally I can be flexible in my approach, it is just at the moment, based on the evidence we have I perceive SISU are very bad for the club and its stakeholders so I want them gone.
I see no real future for the club with them and I certainly do not want a solution that hurts the Higgs Charity.

Has this thread turned into who hates SISU the most/Least?? rediculous!

It's me, i hate them at night when i am asleep or in the morning when i am eating my breakfast!!!

Give it a rest guys, i think it is safe to say that every city fan aportion to blame to SISU's door for the situation we are in. Sadly i think it has gone too far and even if a return was on the cards this may not be forthcoming without some serious protection on both sides. Unless the FL step in and help negotiations, we are fucked simply.

No he isn't. All he is doing is going to watch his team play, in the full and certain knowledge (which is clear to anyone with half a brain) that his attendance will make absolutely no difference to the current situation.
