Excellent work that, its easy to put weight on but not so easy to shed it….especially if you enjoy a drinkNope, stuff like that only tends to work in the short term and a chunk of it is just water weight coming off anyway. Just stuck to a daily calorie deficit and done everything else the same
I don’t drink… but did binge eat a lotExcellent work that, its easy to put weight on but not so easy to shed it….especially if you enjoy a drink
Is that the New York or Dublin end?
The Fast 800 isn't a trick - the clue's in the name!Keto works for me, but if I’m honest it works because it helps control calories. Harder to snack and overeat on keto.
I saw a research paper that went though IF keto, WW, etc. They basically all trick you into reducing calories.
Which block did you go for in the end?
Remained in FZ. I dont like the arbitrary rules, and i think the whole exchange system will turn out to be a complete farce and stewards will give up checking after 4 or 5 games.
But i cant justify paying double, for what is literally the same blue plastic seat elsewhere
See Post #958 - not sure that counts as a passport photoSent in the wife’s passport photo as requested…not had anything back yet. Bit concerning
Sad to hear this. Been so badly handled.I hope you’re wrong (in a nice way) as I’ve opted to bin my daughter’s ST off and just get myself a full price in the standard zone. I can’t be arsed with the pissing around when she inevitably doesn’t come to weeknight games and the odd weekend one when she’s away/seeing her mom.
Instead will buy her match tickets when she wants to come. I do think the lack of ST will probably mean she drifts away from it now as it was a chore to get her up there at times this season. So probably a future potential fan lost. Hoping for more success with my lad in a couple of years when he’s old enough.

Yep spot onthing is people/fans don’t respond well to threats. A threat of season ticket revoke. Everyone understands the club taking action for a believed problem and they have access to data we do so that’s fine but as I said earlier 2 ways just solves this problem much better.
£300 to £350 for an adult and junior is a fair increase which no one would argue with and earns the club more. Negating some of the problem financially or restrict the blocks of the FZ. Not making it so big with allude itself to genuine families and others can still buy elsewhere if it sold out.
So whilst I get the clubs actions I just think there are better solutions.

I know quite a few people who go a few times a season whenever any of our season tickets are spare amongst our group so the season ticket still gets used and they're stood with people they know. They will also pay on the gate a few times too, so never actually needed an account of their own.Even 40 people who have never purchased a match ticket before but now jumping in with both feet to get an ST is err …odd ?!
Same here, my mum only set an account up in May. She's used my mate's ST for the last few seasons if he hasn't been able to go and me or my brother have bought her tickets for cup games. Now she has her first ever ST.I know quite a few people who go a few times a season whenever any of our season tickets are spare amongst our group so the season ticket still gets used and they're stood with people they know. I think a lot of occasional fans who have been to a good few games the last few seasons finally set up an account ahead of Wembley this season, as they've always been able to ride off the back of season ticket holders before for match tickets and previous Wembley trips.
Can you not just buy it as his concession and then for the times your wife wants to go, upgrade it to an adult for the individual game, or can you not do that on a season ticket
Yea I have a concession. Wanted to change it to adult so that son in law could use it on the odd occasion I miss.
But system won’t accept it.
I don't actually have a massive problem with early kick offs (and Tuesday/Wednesday games have always been a part of the season).4 more purchased. But please a few more Saturday 3pm kick offs.
Are you Safe Standing or below row AA?Just bought my ST in block 11. Will be having a knee replacement in the next 12 months or so but it might have to be delayed until after the end of the season. Exciting year coming up .
Row T but I'm pretty sure there will be plenty of standingAre you Safe Standing or below row AA?

Bike or car?Just renewed our 4 in block 20, off to do the North Coast 500 in Scotland tomorrow for 2 weeks, so will temper my excitement build up for the new season until I get back PUSB
It used to be before it was given a name, hopefully won't be too full of motorhomes & boy racers.Bike or car?
Either way, enjoy. I've heard it's beautiful.

Maybe something a little more risqué may get their attention!Sent in the wife’s passport photo as requested…not had anything back yet. Bit concerning
No can’t be done. If I miss a game, the seat must go back in for resale at full price. You have to pay full price which makes buying an adult ST more sense.
Any luck with that?
Thanks for the self sacrifice.I'm sorted! So keep your fingers crossedI did have a Premier club ticket last season but decided to revert back to my old farts ticket £360 🎟 bet you we will get promoted to the Premier league now I have done this
