My son's moved up an age group so expecting a new card but no sign of it's yet.
I've never once received any communication from the club about any of this
Coventry City 2017/18 Season Ticket holders who have renewed for 2018/19 are advised to keep their existing Season Ticket cards for next season.
With the final home league game of the season on Saturday, fans need to keep hold of their cards and NOT dispose of them at the end of the season.
With the possibility of the Sky Blues competing in the play-offs too, all fans are advised to keep their Season Ticket cards.
Season Ticket holders who renew ahead of the second Early Bird deadline on 3rd June will still use their previous card and will not be issued with a new card, providing there is no change of seat location or price bracket (e.g. from adult to concession).
This applies to all Sky Blue supporters who renew before 3rd June, with new Season Ticket cards issued from 4th June onwards.
They started sending them out on the 20th. If you haven't had it mail ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk with your name, supporter ref no, address & post code and date of birth.I remember queuing for an hour before the first game last August, looks like I'll be doing it again. Not sure why they can't post cards out a month earlier. This happens every year.
Might have to contact them. Will give it two more days but not had mine either. They started sending them out on the 20th. If you haven't had it mail ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk with your name, supporter ref no, address & post code and date of birth.
They can then confirm it was printed and sent and if you haven't received it they can arrange for it to be cancelled and a replacement issued.
can someone just clarify this notion that if you haven't moved seats then you will NOT get a new season card ? I remember this being said last season but I got a new Season ticket card and have received one every year even though I have never moved seats.
The idea that you will not get a new card is ridiculous unless the club send letters / emails to season ticket holders before the season ends warning them of this. If they don't it just causes great inconvenience for many who simply (and understandably) will throw away their old ticket card assuming it is defunct. .
I've never once received any communication from the club about any of this . Ive kept my old card. If I don't receive my new card by Saturday do I simply turn up with last season's card, bung it in the machine and hope for the best ?

You're going to get a paper ticket for Torch's son?
Did you used to be a postman round his way a few years back or something?
Too right. He sounds like a twisted firestarter to me.Or is he going to torch my son's ticket. Not happy about that.
Paid for my season ticket on Monday 30th July ( over the phone ) season ticket arrived in the post today 1st August.Still no sign of son's ST. Emailed ticket office Monday and no reply as yet. Where's my stress ball? Living on the edge supporting CCFC!
I emailed both CCFC and Ticketmaster and they both got back to me straightaway.I bought 5 season tickets this season (got caught up in the frenzy of promotion etc etc) and had 1 arrive last Monday and the second one arrived the day after and the 3rd arrived yesterday - they are still holding on to the other 2 for some reason (why they couldn't all come out together in one go is a mystery)
If they sign a McNulty replacement and send me the remaining 2 tickets I will be a happy man!
Use this email instead - CCFCtickets@ticketmaster.co.ukI emailed the ticket office on Tuesday. No reply.
