During her evidence Mrs Laura Deering said that it was the decision of the Club to start the rent boycott. So who took the decision not to hand over the outstanding amount when ACL had applied for administration and instead place us in Admin themselves? Was that a club decision or a Sisu decision and who actually made it? Tim? Joy? Laura? Mark?

I find it incredibly difficult to believe that Joy Seppalla didn't notice once during a 12 month timeframe that we were withholding contractually obliged rent. I also find it a little more than pure coincidence that the ARVO debenture was filed at nearly exactly the same time that we started the boycott, almost a pre-emptive move to cover SISU against any attempt made by ACL to recover the money.
