Come back on here after a few days whats going on? Any chance of a football match breaking out? People resigning from made up positions, commitees dissolving, potential splinter groups, other people holding meetings and not disclosing info to others...and that's just the fans. Seriously I ve lost the plot now. What ever happened to the football. I d suggest we all unite behind the team and let the other stuff sort itself out

Posted this the other day, but after thinking a few days fans are getting more than a bit frustrated and worried about relegation and with the takeover hanging over the club all is uncertain...Its not making for a pleasant period in the clubs history in fact the worst that i have known, and i stood on a stool to watch games in the kop as a kid. So although i don't agree with a lot being posted i understand it and am open to see others point of view, which i think is something we should all do now and hope all will end up with us all being in a better place.

I bought so many pieces of rough sawn wood the other day that I too am thinking of starting a splinter group.

Point of order chair, this opinion has to go through the executive committee in writing before it is submitted as a legitimate statement surely? Please if your going to comment ,go through the proper procedure then we can add it to the agenda or things become chaotic, thank you. twat.

Why was the London thread locked? Was it because certain mongs still couldn't get there head round:
A) transfer targets were let slip and were requested to not be made public;
B) The CCLSC created a meeting and invited OI, TF and AT along?

Some of our fans are complete morons.

Also, claiming you are more of a Cov fan because you actually live in Cov is one of the most peculiar things I have ever heard.

If they weren't meant to be made public why tell 40 members of the public?

I think the last couple of days on here have been nothing short of ridiculous. Considering we are all supposed to support the same team, you'd think you were in the middle of some kind of "inter-forum civil war". It has pretty much got to the point where maybe 90% of threads are turning into the same thing, and are ending up as mass arguments. I hate to say it, but this forum is beginning to replicate exactly what happened on the old CET forums in it's latter days. As far as I am concerned, it makes no difference where somebody lives. If they support the same team as you. I live in Totton, but I still support the City.

Personally, I would have thought that the most important thing at the moment would be for all fans of the City to be united behind the team. Fighting amongst ourselves on an internet forum is ridiculous. I'm all for debate, but some of it has been getting far too heated, far too often. It's beginning to sound more like a political revolution than a football forum!

I just want everyone to know I love everyone who is a Coventry fan, you are all my brother and comrades in arms.

Apart from the feller who sits behind me and still to this day talks about us re-signing Doyle.

No problem with point 2. I respect the CCLSC organised the event so naturally the event was limited to them attending.
I do not think it is right though of the club to tell certain members of the fan base information and not the others, as kduffy said if you want info kept secret you don't tell random public members

Although some of the instructions to keep certain details secret seem to have been attributed to AT...it does typify the way the club has been run by SISU. To put fellow City fans in that position is nothing short of disgraceful. I personally think they will be loving this in-fighting and the divided state of the fan base and finger pointing that's going on.

They didn't intentionally. Names slipped out, so as not too blow potential deals they were asked to keep it under wraps!! better we get them than blowing it so the rest of us can gossip. To be fair any other club can and would gazump us if they had identities!!

Well according to a member who went he said.
It was made clear to members at the start of the meeting that it was a private LSC members-only event.

So it wasn't to do with letting names slip, it was pre planned that the discussion wasn't to be disclosed with us commoners which is wrong on behalf of the club.
Besides with the amount of agents offering players to clubs left/right and centre I am sure other clubs know what clubs are interested in what players.

Same here: I haven't had much time to come on here and when I do all I see is Shakespearean sub-plots and threads that go on forever, usually off topic, rarely about football, that are pretty unreadable.

So, who do we think our our loan targets?
