He can't seem to motivate the team, and when that happens you are doomed, he talks a great game, but it appears to be all hot air.
The table dosent lie and neither does the win ratio, enough is enough , you can only defend the inexcusable for so long
No, and it's crazy to suggest he'll be sacked because: a) there's no way we can afford to sack him now and b) giving a guy a 4 year deal then 4 weeks later he's out the door would be basketcase management even by Sisu standards.
He does need to stop going on about this philosophy stuff though. You can talk about styles of play and formations for as long as you want but not if you can't do the basics. It's basic defensive error followed by basic error every single week. It's time for a flat back 4, with a further 4 infront of that and 2 upfront. Just work on being organised, rigid and difficult to beat and somehow try and stem this constant flow of goals against. It is possible to play a decent style of passing football and well organised and difficult to beat.
He seems like a lost man to me with his tactics. If he believes in his 3-5--2 or 5-3-2 whichever way round it is then surely he should stick to it as he would believe results would improve. But he tried a diff formation against Bristol then tonight he's tried another 2 different formations that can only lead to disjointed performances. Personally I'd say keep it simple it's league one not the World Cup go
