your bottom line is I'm fine with Evans being released from prison but he is not allowed near women please explain how this isn't contradictionI will bow out of the thread now as the level of debate is schoolboy at best. My fellow posters have resorted to the most ridiculous retorts and it is beneath me to further participate. Happy to discuss this further with any adults that may be around?
how? could you summarize how you have won the argument?I've won the argument several times over, your just too dumb to see it!
No, I think his bottom line is, Evans is a rapist c**t and doesn't deserve to breathe the same oxygen as us.your bottom line is I'm fine with Evans being released from prison but he is not allowed near women please explain how this isn't contradiction

you believe rape is punishable by death what precedent does that setNo, I think his bottom line is, Evans is a rapist c**t and doesn't deserve to breathe the same oxygen as us.
If it was my daughter I would kill the fucker.you believe rape is punishable by death what precedent does that set
If it was my daughter I would kill the fucker.
You'd then get a life sentence in prison. What sort of example would that set your kids.
The example of right from wrong.
We are desperate for decent players. But how ever low we go we will not be that desperate.

you began by trying to compare Evans being allowed to return to football like a pedophile being allowed to go back to teaching this is completely irrelevant, you then went onto say you wouldn't like him in a job where young women would be attracted to him however attraction is not based solely on profession, you then said you would like him to not be around women however leaving prison to the outside world would mean being around women, you then said you wouldn't mind him leaving prison. you then said you weren't bitter about him being a footballer but said he shouldn't be allowed to live anything other than a normal life again meaning he would be allowed around women contradicting yourself. eventually you resulted to ignorance in order to pretend you had won the argument after realizing how stupid you soundI will bow out of the thread now as the level of debate is schoolboy at best. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.
He has a right to earn a living...but not a celebrity one. Follow Kevin Kyle's example and stack shelves on a ship rather than resume a career of wealth and fame.
no a convicted criminalA rapist??
he served his sentence therefore he has been punished...or at least show some contrition, and maybe do some voluntary work for a year or two, to show he's rehabilitated.
As opposed to walking straight back into a well-paid contract as though nothing had happened. All this does is exacerbate the rather disgusting attempts to sling mud in the diorection of a victim, a victim who has been proven a victim in a court of law, where Evans has been convicted by a jury for a crime which has a notriously low reporting rate, let alone convictions. The very fact his release allows such distasteful comments shows why, in a career which is *supposed* to be about showing an example, he has to earn the right to show an example. Away from the field, how on earth can he be an ambassador for his community? How can he go and coach schools? Visit sick kids in hospital?
While refusing to acknowledge his crime, and letting his victim suffer more as a result.

I stuck up for King. It was 'only' a pinch on the arse.
This country is becoming shit because the justice system is becoming an injustice system.
My little 12 nearly 13 year old has a 15 year old trying to get her to become a 'friend with benefits' She is 5' 6" already and looks older than she is......but is still only 12. Wife saw messages from him last night. I have been to his parents house today. His dad can't see what his son has done wrong. The twat took a shot at me when I said his son had better keep away from my 12 year old daughter or else. I am now waiting to get lifted. But I suppose if it was your daughter you wouldn't mind as nothing happened.
I stuck up for King. It was 'only' a pinch on the arse. But we all saw what a c**t he was after he joined us. What Evans has done is much worse. And I wish King had never come to our club.
HAVE YOU GOT A DAUGHTER, I dont think you ever will. I am glad you dont live near people.what is stupid about it?
he refuses to acknowledge he is a rapist because he feels he isn't guilty of the crime he has a right to do so and appeal, he also has a right to go into football as it is not a job prohibited to sex offendersThere are certain jobs you can't do after being convicted of crimes.
I see no reason why a rapist who refuses to acknowledge he is a rapist should continue to do the same job automatically, without earning the right to do so.
Even for jobs where it doesn't matter, you wouldn't walk into them straiught after coming out of prison. The only reason he does here is the moral bankruptcy of football, that sees a goal or two worth selling your soul for,

Sorry about that but how does that relate to Ched Evans being allowed to play football?
Kevin Kyle had a change of heart in his career not a criminal conviction again saying that he has no right to a celebrity lifestyle makes you sound jealous
see what you've done is taken my response out of context to try and say that this is my response on the case or the issue of rape which just isn't true my thread is proposing we sign him to increase our chance for promotion because he has served his punishment for his crime, if i did have a daughter and this happened to her I would allow the legal system of this country, which I do cherish, to handle the crime and give just punishment as it did in the Evans case rather than resulting to "I'll kill him" and drop to the level of a criminalHAVE YOU GOT A DAUGHTER, I dont think you ever will. I am glad you dont live near people.
Can't imagine how angry you must be about that Astute, I'd have done exactly the same.
Some people will never forgive him for his actions so any community service would never be enough for them, but for the less hard nosed that might work. Lee Hughes and Marlon King never had to do anything like that and Hughes committed manslaughter, so Evans would have some precedent for saying 'well they didn't have to do it so why should I?'. It has to be genuine on his part for it to really mean anything.
your first point isn't even explained or backed up by anything your second point or narrative tale is completely irreleventThis country is becoming shit because the justice system is becoming an injustice system.
