Whether you have sympathy for Thorn or not, whether you believe, as I do, he has had pathetic support from the board, do we simply carry on regardless with him and get cast adrift with relegation? If we go down, do we then stick with him?

Next year our squad will be right for the league its in and our manager will be more experienced - it's a win-win :)

The alternative is throw the battered die one last time and pray that someone can squeeze some more out of what we have. We are losing points that are in our hands to win...well, we were. It's got worse since!

Suppose it all comes down to SISU's intentions. With this squad I think Fergie or Mourinho would struggle to get out of the bottom 6 however I do think we can do slightly better than this and we need an experienced manager. Time for Thorn to stand aside before he starts to become part of the problem.

Will we though, look at southampton just come up and storming this league the difference isn't massive.
We could struggle.

Fergie? Mourinho? Not relevant. Is Thorn the best and only person we can get to keep us up and get the MOST out of this squad?! Gamble, or stick and free fall?!?!?

As long as SISU are in charge Thorn will be culpable for nothing. He's lucky in that respect
