Look, get it through your head and anybody else that thinks people on here support SISU. No bugger cares what happens to them. We care about the football club and what happens to them.
It's not hurting SISU. It hurts the CLUB in the long term. SISU could be gone tomorrow. That said, the likelihood of new owners for me has evaporated completely.
When will the "Why I am proud of the council" posts start

If SISU do the sensible thing and try and agree terms to increase the length of the rental deal we'll be fine. If they decide to carry on with the plan to move out, that's the time to be really concerned.

Why on earth would we want to stay at the Ricoh under Wasps ownership, pay rent and fund a franchise club and let them take all the revenues out of the stadium.
So nobody has ever posted how proud they are of the council? Must be imagining it.

Yeah, because what this club really needs is to extend the period in which it generates all its income from gate receipts and merchandise sales and practically nothing else. The really is the recipe for success. It has worked wonders since 2005.

About as many people that were encouraging Sisu to take a hard line approach as without the club the Ricoh wont survive.
We'll remain a league 1 side with big debts and limited means to repay them.If SISU do the sensible thing and try and agree terms to increase the length of the rental deal we'll be fine. If they decide to carry on with the plan to move out, that's the time to be really concerned.
That's OK then. Chuck the baby out with the bathwater. What do you think the likelihood is of them getting their money back now?
Or trying to get out of the stupid rent deal we were locked into?

Realistically tho, how many people are going to be watching wasps play?
How are they going to do things different from what ACL have done. Rugby in the community programs ain't going to make wasps money to run the Ricoh, especially if their academy has to stay in London as reports suggest.
I can see it going all wrong for them if they don't get the attendances
I await you're better suggestion with interest.
That the deal with Wasps is rejected and the option for CCFC to have first refusal on 50% of ACL is honoured.I await you're better suggestion with interest.
It's not difficultWhat on earth are you on about?
I hope it falls flat on its face, I know I will never attend a single Wasps match in Coventry and would encourage the rest of the city to do the same.
So if you had known that Sisus tactics would result in the club never owning the stadium, would you have supported those tactics?
The suggestion was that the council retain ownership of their profit making stadium management company until some inevitable future point when the club (perhaps under SISU, perhaps not) would make an approach for the stadium. The council have chosen a different path, and now the club is fucked either way.
