Wow, I think that we really shall see some true intentions now from our esteemed owners. This could be the last straw for Joyless and her last ditch attempts to recover some easy money ! God help CCFC !

I imagine with the revelations of the last few days SISU will be gearing their lawyers up for a whole new batch of legal action. Don't think this is the last time we'll be talking about court cases rather than football unfortunatley.

The truth will out, eh? Maybe not.

So if the recent application is related or connected to the first as TF explained to the SCG, and the oral hearing is not granted or fails, does that mean the second action fails too. Or is the latest action something completely different which can only be aimed at getting SISU a return for their investors by suing CCC for compensation? Does the failure put CCFC at greater risk of collapse, certainly it must put in to doubt any prospect of future funding from the owners including funding mythical stadiums

Either way none of this is good news for CCFC I fear

And, to be fair, all those who have ever wanted the truth should support it. If, as we all say on here we want the truth then hopefully these revelations will help us get it. Regardless of whether we like what we hear or not.

For that reason alone given what has happened in the last few days I suspect we'll see a new batch of court cases from SISU.

SISU will fight a rearguard court action to try and somehow get back money for their investors. The football club will be left to further slip into the void.

Can things get any worse ? They just might.

Absolutely pathetic if they appeal again, they should be putting their time into the football club rather than chasing lost causes.

You've had the truth. What you're waiting for is something to justify your position. That's not the truth.

You lot are beginning to sound like 911 conspiracy theorists now.

Assuming you are referring to the JR would the councils case for that not have been prepared using the information they held at the time. Information Lucas is now saying is incorrect. If she's claiming she hasn't lied as the council were given false information by ACL surely that raises questions?4

Truth and SISU, now that's oxymoronic! Honestly, do you really want more court cases? I support a football club, not a litagation concern! If we are never involved in a court case again, I will be delighted.

That's the thing, some of the stuff SISU were coming out I ignored as bollocks. Seems some of it as actually true so it makes you wonder doesn't it? (I am not saying everything they say is true by that, either)

tbf, if we are to have more court cases, I'd rather on a different subject to this one!

No according to footy law blog they have slapped in another case, this time about the wasps deal, you know the one Joy wasn't going to interfere with for the stadium she wasn't interested in and the club was never going to return to.

For not only have they sought leave to appeal against that decision; they have also launched a fresh application for judicial review over the decision by Coventry City Council to sell their stake in the Ricoh Arena to the London Wasps Rugby club.

I'm just totally sick of it all. We never get anything out of them and it's just more off-field turmoil to distract from the team, which is enough of a mess without that!

I'm all for testing who's right on things. Frankly, since the days of Robinson we should have just washed all our dirty laundy in public and got it all out the way.

On this particular point, it's pretty clear SISU aren't right.

Didn't that happen a while ago or is it a new one?

What has come out lately about ACL making a loss has nothing to do with the JR and therefore would not even be considered as evidence.

Anything that has happened since January 2013 is irrelevant to the case.

wouldn't mind seeing this one go to court as we would also see the truth behind the ACL/wasps/CCC deals.
Doesn't directly involve the football club as far as I remember as SISU are launching this case (which would seem to re-inforce the theory that they wanted to buy ACL and it would not have been the football club buying it).

Like SISU you are flogging a dead horse. Don't forget what their original argument was, they have lost. The world has moved on, but SISU have not.

TBH the only things that I'd like to know are the Richardson revelations that were convered up by his confidentiality clause.

So what is shmmee referring to then? If he's not talking about the JR what else has been proven?

Like SISU you are flogging a dead horse. Don't forget what their original argument was, they have lost. The world has moved on, but SISU have not.

SISU's original argument? That was the rent was too high and ACL were totally reliant on us being there paying rent. We've always known the first one to be true, in the last few days we've learnt the second is true.
