Unfortunately you have read an ACL statement and concluded the rent is £150,000. The statement was deliberately worded to create the impression.

The rent is £400,000.

No I have listened to DR Martin Reeves repeat 3 times it is 150k.
Whichever way you present the figures TF was happy with those figures. Shook hands agreed to a deal.
Then pulled out and made a threat to build a new stadium

We only have ACLs word that hands were shaken.. We've never heard that a deal was agreed from the clubs side.. Quite the opposite in fact

Right now i simple dont believe a word that either side says, both ACL @ SISU have their own agenda and spout their own skewed versions of the truth

And that's the problem with the whole situation, Trust in the deal! the 3rd party is the only wy forward and should have been done ages ago, I think the council have lt thus drag on to long! Leaving it to ACL seems to me being the wrong decision!

Exactly that's why we need an outside source this morning the Football Club said "Therefore, we again propose to invite a leading expert in Football Finance - such as Deloittes". I actually want this too happen, bring them in and then they a third party which can oversee negotiations and get the best deal for CCFC and one sustainable for ACL/CCC.. Simples!

Where on the public statement does it say rent is £150,000?

Fisher acknowledged the rent was agreed.

What about the debt or have you forgotten that?

I am amazed you have fallen for a very transparent piece of spin.

There is no way a rent for a stadium like The Ricoh Arena could ever be £150K as you Dong have yourself before the ground itself and all the facilities that it has values at way much more than any other Football ground in this league as such needs to be treated as such.. £400K sounds about right.

The good doctor said it is £400,000 he says match day costs become "about" £150,000 taking catering into account.

It's a bit like owning a sweet shop and renting off the council. You pay a rent and are only allowed to keep revenue from liquorice all sorts. Someone from the council then says you can keep revenue from jelly babies as well and argues this extra revenue really makes the rent cheaper.

Spin, spin, spin.....

Yes it's got great facilities ... But the club don't benefit from any of them, so why should we pay for them!

Yeah we got a big casino... Club don't benefit from it, yeah we got a hotel... Club don't benefit from it, nice conference facilities ... Club don't benefit from it!! Take all the glossary that we don't benefit from away, and what you have left is a box standard stadium .. Same as many other clubs that pay 150 k a year.

If they want anything in these negotiations then it is an independant taker of minutes as the versions both sides come out with are not compatible, so one or other or both sides are lying.

So even the minute taker is corrupt now, if that turns out to be true we will never know the truth. Perhaps they should record all conversations with so much mistrust between all the parties.

The one word which is a common denominator being used on this forum with regards to SISU......"Reneged"
It's nice to see Grenduffy using real figures, as opposed to the ones he usually uses..."Estimated ones" and passing them off as FACTS!

Some of you on here are ripping the CCC+ACL apart.....The biggest liars in this are SHITSU. We can't afford the rent....but can find £30m to build a new stadium though!...Which one is it?.....We're skint!....or we've got £30m to buy a new Stadium?
The truth will come out one day, and I think an awful lot on here will be doing some apologising and grovelling....Then again, I wouldn't hold out much hope on that one!

The money to fund stadiums would be loans via investors so of course both statements make sense.

It's not a question of finding the money to pay the rent. It's a question of what rent is fair.

Unfortunately Grendel seems to completely ignore one figure a rebate of 150k so can't really say he is using real figures just yet.

He only talks about two figures 400k and the catering revenue of 100k

I think you miss my point m8... If SHITSU can find £30m for a new Stadium...why not use it to buy the Ricoh.....Oh!...I forgot, we're skint!

That's a feckin brilliant deal! SISU should snap their hands off...although of course they won't as they have no intention of paying anything. Del Boy and Trotters Independent were more trustworthy businessmen.

The only time they will be happy is if ACL/Council start paying them for playing in the ground

Like is said, unless it is an honoury one.

Getting a doctorate suggests you may have an idea about figures.

One in economics.........
