I believe you maybe seeking urgent talks with the administrator

Can you consider questions from this thread when you finally get hold of him.

Does the fact you were chosen by SISU put any additional responsibility on you to get the best return possible for SISU.

Is your priority to get the best deal possible going forward for the football club as a future sustainable business.

Or

Is it a greater priority for you to get debtors as much money back as possible.

SISU have publically stated that they have already writen off 45 million pounds worth of debt.

Yet there is a suggestion that the club has £60 million pounds worth of debt owed to mainly SISU

When will this be clarified and explained

An administrators job is to act independently and to continue operating the business as a going concern until a buyer who has a valid plan going forward convinces the administrator he can run the club viably.

Failing that he will liquidate the club.

Given the council showing their true colours yesterday he will have a struggle to find interested parties.

What really gets to me is that there are certain people who who want the Trust to ask their questions but dont find it hypocritical that they wont join the Trust. Funny that

Any one else want their questions asked?

This is why you join something like the Trust because if you go to any of the parties as an individual they wont entertain you BUT go to them representing a group and youve got your foot in the door

Maybe it's time for another set of questions, this time for ACL and the administrator. We are a week and a half since SISU put themselves into admin, 2 court cases down the line, an admin guy been appointed 10 points deducted and none of us are still any the wiser as to what's gone on. Lets be clear on this. Not disputing admin can take a while to clear up and what will be will be. I'm talking specifically about what's gone on last week!

Judging by Fisher yesterday he looked a bit flabby round the middle, Ok fisher probably has the weight advantage but I reckon Waggot looks a lot fitter and a bit of a power house.
My money would be on Waggot

...and Waggot makes a grab for his balls but grasps fresh air. Seems as though they're back in the USA on Joys mantlepiece...

Are you referring to me, as I have asked if these questions can be asked.

It will the likes of Jan who will get access to the administrator not myself.

Q) Is it possible that with the help of the administrator a deal can be hatched between SISU and ACL meaning the debt is cleared, a new tenancy contract approved and administration exited (with a CVA) avoiding further points deduction and without a takeover?

only if JS says so,
from the suitably vague statements issued by all & sundry,
disregard TF, he will say something & then be contradicted by JS, under a guise,
SW will operate, with usual method,
think it's time for JS to actually 'spill her beans'
don't wait up tho' SL has the real deal, alledgedly,
THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE,
still us skybluestalk posters are a minority,
AS FANS HOW DOES IT FEEL FOR US TO BE REGARDED AS (IN A MINORITY),

Don, we are now getting expert financial and legal advice from professionals in those fields who are City fans and have joined the Trust. We are also getting an incredible level of support from Supporters Direct (effectively the umbrella organisation for supporter trusts) who have the experience and expertise we need. A couple of members of the Trust Board plus a couple of people from Supporters Direct will meet with the Administrator (the fact he has agreed to meet us is a real sign of the Trust's credibility). At this stage, and subject to further developments, we have 2 startegic aims for the meeting: (i) reflecting members' concerns, seek clarification on immediate issues eg ticketing for remaining games, season tickets for 2013/14 etc; and (ii) registering our interest as a stakeholder in relation to any change of ownership and in particular, making the case for fan-led ownership working in partnership with co-investors and other parties with an interest in CCFC. Hope this helps
