This my friend is the result of our owners not listening to the supporters its a supporters trust that obviously have evidence of some sort that supports their action. In case you haven't noticed there is no liason with the fans the fire is out of control and as for poor management and poor judgement I think you're looking in the wrong direction. If Sisu get what they want then the trust will not be able to deal with them anyway its make or break

The Trust board will be working with every means at its disposal including peaceful demonstration and other means of legal protest to ensure that the Administrator and the Football League do not return the “Golden Share” to any SISU controlled company, thus avoiding the nightmare scenario outlined above. Could you elaborate on this a little? The administrators role is covered by law so are you saying he should disregard the legal requirements? My understanding is at present SISU in their many guises are by far the largest creditor and one of the administrators main roles is to get what is considered to be the best deal for the creditors.
As for the football league and who they give the share to would they not have to go along with the administrators decision? The only reason I can see that they could refuse to give the golden share back to ltd in the event that it is purchased by SISU is through a failure of the F&P test and at present it seems, rather incredibly, that SISU would pass that? Are the trust compiling evidence that would give the league reason to fail SISU on the F&P test?
Has the trust met with any of the alternative bidders to asses their bids and suitability?
It's a nice idea but it does seem to be 'pissing in the wind' and as the only recognised representatives of the fans would time not be better spent looking into things that could actually impact on the outcome? I can think of a couple of things the trust are well positioned to do that would be of use:
with the help and support of supporters direct put pressure on the FL to public state the situation regarding the golden share and the status of the players. if they have, as is suspected, been separated was it done without the FLs knowledge or have the FL made a mistake which has backed them into a corner. other interested parties need to be able to bid in the knowledge that they will have ownership of all things CCFC.
