COVENTRY City's directors are facing prosecution over the club's unfiled accounts, the Observer can reveal.

Bosses at Companies House are set to fire off a final warning to Sky Blues chiefs Tim Fisher and Mark Labovitch threatening to issue a summons unless the accounts of Coventry City Football (Holdings) Ltd, Sky Blue Sports & Leisure Ltd and Otium Entertainment Group Ltd are not filed soon.

All are over six months late.

tbf I'd expect anything involved with Robinson to have been!

Doesn't mean I wouldn't have expected it to have been unravelled before now, mind you... although it's proven to be a handy fall-back option.

Liking the 'likes' from the usual suspects too... despite the fact that by saying it's not an exclusive, I'm actually criticising the local press for not being more on the ball!

Perish the thought people actually stop and think mind you...

I do.

Do we have to go through this again.

Just it appears some are incapable of reading, and it suits to have a pantomime villain.

Edit - assuming you mean criticise, and not cities!

Hidden behind your façade of superior intellectuality and occasional impartial comments is a constant, and that's one of defending the hedge fund wherever possible. It's your choice, freedom of speech and all that but to deny it................

You're a massive tool.

Just remember that the next time you come uop with some illiterate and clueless insults that are utterly wrong.

I do not defend them.

Just you're too thick to realise that and resort to mindless nonsense.

Indeed.

A comment criticising the local media for not being on the case more quickly, and then passing it off as an 'exclusive' (If OSB had said that he'd be on 70 likes by now ) and somehow I'm a pseudo-intellectual SISU rent boy!

There is no need for attacking anyone on this thread!!

Basically if you read the letter it is dated 30th August, so it is new, and it does say that they are issuing a final warning. So it is new in the sense that it is a final warning and the date, but ofcourse it has been mentioned in a letter to Bob prior to this.

Just a little misunderstanding!

Thick with irony - to call someone a "massive tool" and yet claim that the other person resorts to "mindless nonsense". And to brand someone as "illiterate" while using "uop" in the sentence, well...

Fat finger syndrome.

He is illiterate. Now, if you wanted a debate about literacy, I reckon I could hold my own, and typos certainly wouldn't be in it...

You're right it's a bit hypocritical complaining about him being an insulting cock by calling him a massive tool but...

In which case, it shows who around here are incapable of reading the words on the page!

Fortunately the ones who think here, don't think that.

I think you could be right.
However, the FL has already decided to back a loser in Sisu and its "plans" to return to Coventry.
They must be beginning to regret this now.
