Thomas and Beavon on the pitch.
And later Slade in a room somewhere in the Ricoh

I hope Fisher bans those scumbag Coventry fans for going on the pitch. Get their passports taken away...

And Ainsworth too. Grumbled a little bit about the pitch, but was actually very gracious in defeat and wished us every success in the final. I think he said something about us deserving it as a club that has been through a lot - came over as a very classy chap, imho.

I hope Wycombe get the promotion they deserve, and I hope that by some miracle we're still in L1 to play them next season!

They uttered the usual cliches that footballers and managers do at these times.
I thought Thomas sounded genuinely chuffed but still level headed.
Slade seemed chilled about it all but said he was pleased for the fans and said the fans helped get the team off to a good start.

The pitch really did look terrible on TV, I didn't notice it so much at the weekend.

He might have had a fair point if they didn't employ a one-man wrecking ball as one of their major threats up top! (Wish he played for us though).

The pitch did look pretty crap, but neither side seemed to want to spend too much time rolling neat little one-twos all over it... maybe that's why!

I like Ainsworth and think he has done a good job.

Hope they get promoted.

on the radio slade said the supporters probably cost the club a few quid by going on the pitch
but he would have done exactly the same

I wanted Akinfenwa when he was put of contract in the summer.

A horrible bastard up front, just what we need.

Took his goal well and caused us loads of issues.

At least Slade realised and chucked finch on to help out.
