Would it be worth having Broadband/Phone with Virgin and Sky for TV, currently have everything with Virgin

Will total £85 pm, £5 pm more than paying at the moment

Hi mate,

i have just switched to sky for tv and that, and i went back to virgin for broadband and phone as they are so much better.

So i would say a big fat yes!!

I get free broadband and calls wil my Sky HD. But then again. My Sky HD is free because my dad works for them.

And at the moment sky broadband is free for everyone for the first three month.

I don't like Sky Broadband at all. They are full of shit to put it bluntly and don't know what they are talking about.

I used to have Virgin Broadband (Fibre) and would say you should get that if you can

I currently use Be Broadband for my phone and broadband and they are spot on. Sky should stick to TV.

I've had sky and virgin too.Though I found both expensive ,sky edged things on the tv front and virgin were better on the broadband front so you may just have a point. You might lose out on their package deals though and pay higher prices. FYI I'm currently with talktalk for broadband & phone & freeview plus.

I'm no friend of Sky for reasons too numerous to go into in this thread but it seems to me if you've already paid blood-money for a Sky TV subscription then it makes sense to take advantage of their low-cost phone+broadband package as well?
