http://www.snookerlegends.co.uk/

Quite a coup for my little town. Some big names only £20 per session. Looks like it could be a good event for those interested in Snooker.

Really surprised to see it in Bedworth though.

This looks ace, just text my mates to see if they're up for it.

Cheers.

One word Rich .......... The cost! Apart from my wife's pension, (which we live on) all I receive is £40.79 a month. This is a small private pension I receive.Out of this, I might top up my mobile, buy a few bits for my fishing (which is my hobby) and that's about it! To come up to Bedworth would incur ferry charge (approx £45), fuel (about £40) and spending money for the week-end. I could stay at my daughters to save hotel cost, but with the cost of entrance at £20 minimum, we're talking £150 - £200.

Jeez this is nearly as bad as the SISU sob story

The Cost is two words.

I saw Higgins somewhere in Bedworth years ago - when I left (about 02:00) he was saying that if he knocked a snooker ball off the table to put out a fag on the floor, and then into a glass over by the door would they re-open the bar ?
