Sheff Utd. Their manager will be sacked if they don't win a couple of games in the next month.

If they were that bad, we wouldn't compete at all would we?

Its almost as if every other manager has unlimited money in league one the way some go on.

Us , Sheff Utd are perennial underachievers and look to have gambled massively on getting promotion this season .

Yes they are, however they have bought proven league 1 players this year. I think they will be play offs at worst. I think we are top 10 at best currently. That could change depending who else we sign.

The thing with competing and not quite having enough is down to the managers I think.

Especially things like failing to react to the opposition changes.

I don't think we are a million miles away. Another CB and an AM and a change back to 4231 and we'd be OK with this team:

RCC
Willis CB Turnbull Page(Stokes when fit)
Gadzhev McCann
Jones AM Reid
Agyei

That'd leave the likes of Ricketts, Harries, Stevenson, Rose, Lamerias, Thomas, Sordell, Tudgay as backup.

I hope we haven't heard anything about another attacking player because it's being kept quiet and not because it isn't happening. I think Mowbray said he wants another CB. Though I hope that's not because he wants to keep with three at the back, we just don't have the staff for it. If we keep with 343 we need a RWB and a CB.

I'm more worried about our tactical choices and lack of ability to respond in game than the staff available.

That's the thing, we obviously have the players as we can boss a game for 45 minutes and play them off the park. It is just reacting to the other team's changes and it has always been an issue. Last season there was no plan B, you could see a manager make a substitution and instantly the game changes and we do nothing to react. At 1-0 down we would wait until about the 75th minute to make a substitution when it was too late.

On paper, we don't have a bad side at all when you ignore injuries.

Speaking of Sheffield United , I see that Fleck wasn't in the squad today. Is he injured?

This is a typical nonsense comment, Mowbray has more often made changes early on to try and change and influence a game. Examples being the last two home matches albeit they were 0-0 at the time the point stands against Shrewsbury we had made all 3 changes before the 75th minute(which then ironically left us playing with 10 men for the last 10 minutes due to Kwame injury) and they Bury match where he had made all 3 changes before the 60th minute. Many, many more examples of this from last season also. The rare times he doesn't it is always highlighted and jumped upon and turned into he always does this, its like the person who claims they always concede late goals every game when in reality its no different to anyone else.

Mowbray out. Sick of his excuses. Chops and changes too much, can't see improvements and can't see what direction we are going in with him anymore. Shit to be a cov fan all the time, fucking sick of it.

The US most definitely.

Much, much bigger country and besides, Coventry isn't even a country at all, so not a good comparison to make anyway.

Our midfield is simply not good enough too weak, our biggest enemy in matches is half-time in all four games the opposition dominated after the break.
