I think most of us agree that Mowbray is a good manager and we know he wants to attack. If he cane make a few really clever signings I would expect us to be up there challenging at the other end of the table.

I'd be confident of a top half of the table challenge under Mowbray next season. Anything that isn't near relegation has to be an improvement.....

That and I think he has identified parts of the club, not just the team, that have to be right for success. Although he is not the first to have said the right things a la Dowie, it bodes a lot better than it did under Pressley. Very certain we'd be down or virtually so had he not been sacked.

Next season a highlight for me will be
A relatively local game against Burton Albion in a brewery town with a decent sized away end including standing terrace behind the goal.

Burton is one of only 7 grounds I have not been to do hope we stay up as like to go to that one.
be good to get Blackpool away as an early season game, or if not last game of season.

Yeah, been twice, 2001 when we lost 3-2. About 2k City there that day. Got kept in and escorted to the station and back to London Bridge.

Went by car in 2005, Wednesday night game which I think we drew 0-0. No problems.

Never been to Millwall, and like others have said, London games always make for a decent day out. Been to Blackpool so not fussed about that, and Wigan may be an option is it falls right for me. As for how they will do - well, I will give it some thought if we stay up and after the summer when we see waht state our club is in.

Looking forward to Wigan and Millwall if things work out that way. Had a cracking day out in windy Wigan a few years ago and Millwall is always a good day out. Got a few Wall mates who will be looking forward to it too.

It's all about TM staying isn't it? His ability at this level when he has had an off season to get to grips with it is reason enough for some genuine optimism. He stays I believe we will go up.
I called for Simon Grayson a while back before he went to Preston and said he would take them up this year before a ball was kicked. I feel the same about TM if he stays.

There's a chance Rotherham could be docked 3 points prefer
Millwall to stay up if that happens.Hate the place

I see Rotherham may be docked 3 points for fielding an ineligible player, so maybe, just maybe Millwall will escape and not be one of the 3 teams coming down.

Suit us better perhaps if it were Rotherham coming down we think? Less likely to be challening in League 1 than Millwall?

I don't either. Guessing we may have MK Dons and/or Sheff Utd to compete with perhaps, but even still, no-one to fear if we wheel and deal well.
