Dont have a problem with that SBC ..... never have claimed to be right all the time, except with my kids when they were smaller :laugh: But we seem to assume that ACL have been only reactive in this ........... it seems to me they have a recent history of being proactive. They had to be getting ready for the next step whether or not TF said anything...... there are not too many steps left
SISU will try every trick they can...... nothing wrong in that so long as it is legal.......... and I suspect the truth is they really were running out of funds with JS refusing more........ so whilst you can choose to take as a threat i reckon there was some truth in it too
ACL had to take the action........ would be failing in duties not too............ doesnt mean i like it though from a fans point of view but what choice did they have?
I suppose my real point is that if everyone stands back and looks at the threats a little more dispassionately and in the relevant context ...... then what did everyone expect to be said ?
