14thBut playing decent football. They have been unlucky. They would have beaten us if it wasn't for the Wilson goal in They dieing seconds. Same happened again to them next game.
Would you like to state the Millwall form?
I think a draw in that is best for us , keeps blackburn in with a small chanceHyam’s second trip to the Den this season. Part of a defence that’s been undone by last minute goalie goals, own goals and a screamer.
Think they have a good chance of beating Luton then it’s all up for grabs.

Which is why I said a draw would be a good result for us. They need some kind of result to keep in it. But Luton won’t be a pushover. Look at Birmingham today. They gave it their all and their season is more or less over.Hyam’s second trip to the Den this season. Part of a defence that’s been undone by last minute goalie goals, own goals and a screamer.

Which is bottom half of the table form whilst not playing well. In recent games they have lost to lower clubs. Blackburn had a hard run in. You claimed them to be one of our main threats. Just like you would have preferred a WBA win against Sunderland as they would have finished above us in the table whatever.13th in the form table
Sky Sports report says we've booked our playoff place!
Think they need some maths lessons
A win has put us in a very strong position. Only a heavy loss kicks us out of the playoff hunt. One of Blackburn and Millwall will drop points on the final day so a Blackburn win v Luton and draw v Millwall would keep us in the playoffs due to GD and H2H.
If we have a meltdown and lose by 3 or 4 goals then we could be in trouble but even then, Sunderland, West Brom and Millwall/Blackburn (all 6 points) all need to win. Sunderland need a 3 goal swing (our H2H favours us) and WBA need a 5 goal swing.
Overall, we’re in a good position. Meanwhile, we’ve won two of the last 3 v Middlesborough.

But we're in 5th now......It's between cov and Sunderland for 6th position. Unless there is complete fcuk up
I'd be fucking ecstatic with that mate!!Middlesbrough 0-0 Cov.
Calling it now.
It’s a tough game and place to go, but unless Luton lose to Blackburn, Middlesborough are playing for nothing other than momentum going into the playoffs.Never won at that ground though.
It’s GD then H2H (then GS) and because we beat Sunderland, they need to beat our GD.Wouldn't it go to goals scored with Sunderland? So if we lose and they win they're above us.
In a repeat of Coventry v Morecambe all those years ago…Middlesbrough 0-0 Cov.
Calling it now.
Was just going to ask... anybody know what the rivalry is like with Sunderland??.... or do they fancy a crack at them in the play-offs to try to directly rub their noses in it...!????It’s a tough game and place to go, but unless Luton lose to Blackburn, Middlesborough are playing for nothing other than momentum going into the playoffs.
A draw sets both teams up nicely and twists the knife into their local rivals by denying them a playoff berth.

If it transpires that a point does ir for us, and it looks certain we will play Boro again... what price on Carrick sacrificing a few players in trying to nobble Gus and Vik!?....A point kept Morcambe up though… not sure what’s in it for Boro to agree to a draw. Other than saving energy.
Don't need to win at that ground to secure a playoff spot.Never won at that ground though.
We don't get results there often full stop!Don't need to win at that ground to secure a playoff spot.
We don't get results there often full stop!

Goals scored comes before h2h record I believeIt’s a tough game and place to go, but unless Luton lose to Blackburn, Middlesborough are playing for nothing other than momentum going into the playoffs.
