You've taken that out of context. I'm not bothered if people complain when they can't get a ticket, it doesn't affect me as I can get mine. This is regurgitated nonsense every time we have a big game followed by another less attractive fixture and will be debated again for sure. I find it more annoying that people believe they're better fans because they went to a less attractive fixture - we're all CCFC fans and there is no hierarchy.
A good example is my dad who didn't go last night but I got him a ticket for MK - he's likely seen more games than most on here with many years of being a ST holder, but never recaptured his imagination after the season away at Sixfields and now only goes to an occasional game, I think that was his 3rd or 4th fixture of the season. To suggest people like him (and I believe there are many) have a responsibility to attend games such as last night is laughable.
That's fair comment, I had the ST's for 20 years and benefitted from the cost savings and preference on away tickets and big matches. Northampton broke that cycle for me and I haven't found the motivation to get fully on board again. I want to go now and then but understand when I can't get tickets for some of the games, it's just life. I do think that it is overpriced for the casual supporter though and quite a few others dropped out over SISU/Sixfields so its also a case of perhaps sitting on my tod and that doesn't appeal much !No one said any fan has a responsibility. Many fans just turn up to games because...well...they are fans. My Dad doesn't bother going anymore although he bought his season ticket, so I understand that. However, I get the point of the OP. If people want to come and see CCFC then they have ample opportunity to do that every other week. If they only want to see big games and can't get tickets then, well, I won't lose any sleep over it.
was one "row row row your boat gently down the stream?"In amongst a miserable bunch of away fans....I'm a steward in South stand lol. Think they only had a repertoire of about 3 songs. Probably the most boring fans we've had at the Ricoh this year!.
Are you a ST holder? Did you take 3 extra friends/family last night?
Definitely a factor.I did go last night but generally I don't enjoy going to the Ricoh that much. I much prefer away games and having a good day out and perhaps many people feel the same.
They are literally taking every excuse possible away from people. Next we'll here that Tim Fisher is going to cover people at work.Free parking for Accrington game as well
One way for me to lose my job I guess.Next we'll here that Tim Fisher is going to cover people at work.
That's a major game changer - just got to try and get the tickets now. Tried online but I don't know my supporter number :-(. Looks like it's the ticket office at the Butts Park if I can find it.Free parking for Accrington game as well

Can't you re-register? It didn't believe I exist, but allowed me to re-exist.That's a major game changer - just got to try and get the tickets now. Tried online but I don't know my supporter number :-(. Looks like it's the ticket office at the Butts Park if I can find it.
