Oh dear!
Share capital one thousand pounds only, accounts not submitted (seems to be a SISU Group thing, doesn't it?), has no assets or money at all, was in the process of being struck off, and yet suddenly it is the new owner of Coventry City Football Club?
Well, well!
And some of you are happy with the way this administration has turned out. Really?

95% of the fans were begging for the club to be put into admin last season, I suspect they are delighted with how things have turned out as administration solves everything.

So what? It's a holding company, no more and no less.

Grendel,
Instead of just being offensive, try thinking occasionally. It is not a holding company, it is a company with no assets that was being struck off the company register, and yet it somehow managed to put in a bid that was substantially better than the other three bids received, so much so that the administrator (appointed by SISU, of which Otium is a group member) was able to choose their bid within hours of the final deadline. How does a company that has a share capital of only £1,000 and was stripped to the bare bones prior to being struck off - and note yet another group company that has not submitted its accounts or annual reports - suddenly been able to submit such a hugely substantial bid. And how has the administrator managed to approve said bid when he cannot even review the latest accounts or annual report because said company has failed to submit them, yet he announces that they are the best bidder by a wide margin.

The court will ultimately seal the process and indeed the football league will then decide if new owners are fit and proper. If either share your concerns then I suppose they will not be allowed to buy the club will they?

Not a very clever argument Grendel as you are fully aware that the Football league are ineffective in such matters, and the courts will generally follow the administrator, who has undoubtedly followed the letter of the law, if not the intent.
