It was a sideways step. Going back to when he went there I think pretty much everyone was sure Hamer was going to leave with probably Souza and Anel quickly following him. On paper that made their team no different to ours. A really poor start to the season for us doesn't change that at the time it was fair to say it was a sideways step.That’s irrelevant

Hard to agree tbh - Whilst we are vying to get into the Premier League it would be a miracle for us ever to get into the Top 2It was a sideways step. At the time that he went there, Sheffield Utd were right in the shit. They had about 12 players, ownership was in the bin, fans wondering where the next signing was coming from, their best players were looking like leaving and it didn't look like they were going to be as strong as they are now. Plenty of people were tipping them to do back to back relegations. I'm not asking you to agree with me, I'm giving you the facts when O'Hare decided to join them. Maybe he knew they were going to keep their best players, recruit really well and have a fantastic start to the season but that's not the point I'm making. No matter what we spend and who we bring in there are always going to be three clubs with Premier League quality players in their ranks and parachute payments to spend coming down
If god forbid we did get relegated and we took Lincoln City’s (for example) best player off them in the summer if their fans called it a sideways step we’d laugh at them

Think most in the squad are just feeling a lot of self imposed pressure and struggling atm to get out of there heads.I hope he hasn't got a disruptive player(s) in the squad that's causing problems?
We have got a young squad, the most senior of the players is a Goalkeeper who up until 4 years ago has played second fiddle to someone else his whole career who when they are playing at their full potential are a capable Championship squad but I don't think they are coping with the expectation well at all
Unfortunately we are going through a sticky patch where we aren't performing how we know we can and where if I am honest I don't think we are getting any rub of the green either
No one likes losing, but I think people should just think before they start calling the players every name under the sun and peddling rumours that they don't care or have downed tools under the manager that I think are nonsense - that helps no one
Funny that those who voiced a note of caution before the season started, that we weren't necessarily going to piss it this year..... were told we need to "believe" and "trust in Robins"

Judging them on their performances is totally justified. Do you want us to make sure they all get a medal for losing and say "Well done my prince, you tried really hard and you did amazing" even if they didn't?

Bidwell has played over 400 games in the Championship
Jamie Allen 150 Championship games and probably more in League One.
Sheaf has played 135 Championship games
DaSilva 178 Championship games
Rudoni is close to 100 Championship games and 100 in League One
Lati has played over 100 Championship games
Haji Wright has played in the Turkish top Flight, Dutch Top Flight, Danish Top Flight and German Top Flight

Hear this a lot, don't agree. As fans we impact upon performance, I don't think we should be entitled to express frustration and create a toxic atmosphere just because we've paid money. Appreciate there are varying levels to this.We, as fans, are fully entitled to express our frustration at the completely miserable start to the season in the face of record prices, particularly those who went to the considerable time and expense to travel to Preston for a 12:30 kickoff. This is part and parcel of the extraordinary privilege of working professionally in football, toxic positivity doesn;t help anyone.

We have plenty of players experienced at this level as @Nick pointed out. Why aren't any of them capable of showing leadership? Do they have to be 30+ to be considered a "leader"?
